Horrible customer service. There was a new hire and every time she had a question, the lady who was training her was loud and rude not only to her but to the customers too. I asked for a coffee colada and she was so rude to me acting as if I knew every detail of their menu changes when I don’t even shop at Dunkin’s often. I felt bad for the new hire. It was extremely hard to control and not be rude back. It’s not worth it. But I did made sure to tell the new hire that she was doing great and it wasn’t her fault that her 1st day was so busy. My first experience ever in a Dunkin Donuts left me with a semi sweet, yet bitter taste in my mouth. Greeted as we walked in with an enthusiastic smile and cheer. They didn't have the vanilla bean coolata and tried to tell me the price for the frozen coffee was the same when I pay $5.34 and the Vanilla Bean Coolata is $5.69 at other Dunkin Donuts.

I'll probably stop going to Dinkins for Coolattas and just buy the food. The quality has gone down hill by most local Dinkins for their frozen drinksm
