Horrible customer service. There was a new hire and every time she had a question, the lady who was training her was loud and rude not only to her but to the customers too. I asked for a coffee colada and she was so rude to me acting as if I knew every detail of their menu changes when I don’t even shop at Dunkin’s often. I felt bad for the new hire.
