let me start by saying the waitress was amazing! the food was great and the service was fast! 5 stars! now, the fun stuff...I don't go out often but when I do I always order a Coors in a bottle, and a patron margarita, no salt and a lime. if they get the margarita wrong, I don't complain I drink it, and I do not return to the restaurant. the margarita was perfect, but there must have been salt on it that was wiped off the glass because it was in the bottom of my drink but not on the rim...I tried to muscle through it but after a few sips, I could no longer drink it...against my better judgment I told the waitress the drink had salt and I would like one with out, she promptly brought another, I don't know what it was but the drink was white/clear, and had no taste of a margarita! not wanting to send it back again I was willing to let it sit. the waitress asked me if it was ok, I said it was fine, being pressed I asked her to look at it, "it's white" I said, and doesn't taste like any margarita I have ever drank. she insisted on having it removed from my bill, I said no! I will pay for it, 5 minutes later, the "manager" showed up with another drink! and refused to leave till I drank it and assured her I liked it! it was almost all tequila and also white! it was terrible! but at this point I was so embarrassed, not only in front of my party but other tables were starring at us at this point! that I said it was fine! worst experience at a restaurant ever. I left after paying my $95.00 bill having paid $10.00 for a drink that they screwed up 3 times only to embarrass me and force me to drink it!
long story short, if you must visit this establishment do not order a margarita, and if you have a problem with a drink DO NOT tell anyone or the MGR will force you to drink another and tell her you "enjoyed it"
MGR needs training in customer service! and bartender should have more training. the first drink was fine, other then the salt...the next two were nothing like the first and just terrible!
I will not be returning...
Read moreIt’s been over a year since I’ve last eaten here and I don’t think I can ever bring myself to eat here again.
A little over a year ago I received the best service and food. The staff at this location helped create a lasting memory that no one can ever recreate again.
My boyfriend, my senior dog and I arrived an hour before close. Having my furry best friend with me we requested to sit on the patio. Unfortunately the patio dining had been closed up for the night. We asked to speak to a manager to open it for a very special occasion and without hesitation we were seated at a nice table outside and were able to enjoy a very special dinner. The staff even put a chair at the end for Pepper, my pup.
Not only was our server attentive and warm, but everything from my martini to the steak was made perfectly. The highlight of the evening was when we found out the manager took care of Pepper’s kids meal for the occasion. Pepper loved every bite of his steak as did my boyfriend and I.
I encourage anyone who wants great service and a delicious meal to dine at this Outback. I am very thankful for their hospitality. It was so nice after running around to all of Pepper’s favorite places all day to sit down for his last meal.
My heart breaks every time I drive by this location knowing how special of a memory they helped create on that patio which will last the rest of my life. Sadly, Pepper was euthanized the following morning. I never got a chance to thank our server or the manager that reopened the patio just for us, and just wanted to say after all this time I still think of y’all and how much your small acts of kindness impacted me.
This location is highly recommended because they understand what it means to be apart of a community and the values. Thank you to the kitchen staff that did a fantastic job, our server who showed us pictures of her own dogs, and the manager who shared...
Read moreI visited this location with my wife (her first time at Outback) last Saturday night around 9 pm. I want to acknowledge our waiter Josh & would rate him 5 stars but the rest of our experience left us still hungry. The appetizer we shared was great (chicken wings) but our entrees were not. I ordered the prime rib & my wife got the "fall off the bone baby back ribs". It was taking awhile to come out & then someone other than our polite waiter Josh brought a horrible looking piece of meat over (see pic). She apologized saying this was all that was left of the prime rib & wanted to know if I wanted it or something else. I chose something else. I was told I could "nibble" at it while I was waiting. The menu clearly said prime rib was subject to availibility & I understand that but would like to know why it took almost 30 minutes to bring this chop meat out!! My wife's ribs were also very dry & cold...so we requested something else for her. This woman reluctantly let her order something else. She ended up getting more chicken wings since we knew they were good. My second plate came out & it was too rare. I couldn't wait on a third plate so just went with it. I also ordered the loaded mac n cheese as a side & the only thing it was loaded with was bland flavor! None of the extra ingredients were in it. My wife's meal came out 12 minutes later...which I was just about done with my meal. We were comped 25% off my meal only but I think Outback missed it with this visit. Whoever took over for our nice waiter Josh didn't even bother to introduce herself & wasn't nice or understanding of the situation. I'm glad Texas...
