EVERYONE NEEDS THE CORPORATE CONTACT INFORMATION TO TELL THEM ABOUT THIS LOCATION.
Amazingly enough, after one star reviews there are always seems to be a 5 star review that seem to follow for this location.
The customer service at this location can be exceptional if you are waited on by Matt or the other mature lady with the blond hair. She and Matt are very nice and personable. If you happened to be unfortunate enough to be waited on by the hispanic girl with the long dark hair; her name is JESSICA; then prepare yourself for subpar service.
Also mail and packages has in the past , been left out unsorted , because; and the reason given was :" too many people came in the store and it got busy". A clear violation of the United States Postal Code.
And to whom it may concern that will write the written response to this review, I mind you , I have both pictures and some video to justify my statements.
I am not sure if I trust my packages at this location. Seeing as packages seem to be shipped not promptly. Hopefully their other UPS STORE location customer service is better.
The store at SR 70 and LockwoodRidge is wonderful and their customer service is the best.
People who come in regularly or in our case for many years at the STATE ROAD 64 location and spending a few thousand dollars, Jessica has to make it difficult for them. Jessica needs to have actual training and education for her position and actual customer service training.
Pay attention, there will be a positive review for this store and will cite Jessica doing a good job soon to improve their ranking or a five star review right after a one star. Might even say how nice...
Read moreI stepped into the store and was asked less than politely to wait outside. Of course I did as social distancing is a must nowadays. I was waiting outside the store with 2 other customers that arrived just after me. Another customer decided that he did not want to wait and just walked in. He checked his mailbox and left. At no time did the employee who had asked me to step out addressed him. I was right at the door and it is a very small store so it was very easy to see. Myself and the other customers commented on the inappropriateness of that customer being allowed to check his mailbox ignoring social distancing norms.
I continued to wait my turn patiently and went inside the store when called. I calmly asked the young long haired female employee the reason for not having directed the customer to wait outside. Her snippy answer was that “he has a mailbox in the store.” I then informed her that I also rent a mailbox in their store and that this should not preclude me or anybody else from social distancing. Anyway, during the rest of my visit her attitude was nasty, condescending, and less than helpful. I was trying to mail a package.
Maybe she has a mystical knowledge that only those not infected with Covid-19 and who are immune to the disease rent their mailboxes. Regardless, I did mail the package, but she was horribly rude and needs some intensive customer...

I asked to speak to someone else. At first he Refused, then he said she was busy. I called back 20 minutes later and the women verified the phone number matched the store location. A MAIL OFFICE UPS ACCESS POINT, WHAT A JOKE!!
It's Thursday May 30, 2019. I've been trying to contact the owner Natalia for over a week. I call everyday . The girls in the office tell me she is not there, and they don't know when she will be there. I asked for the owners contact number, and all they do is repeatedly in a rude way ; say the number of the store. WHAT A JOKE. AND A BAD ONE AT THAT!!
My Uncle was a business agent (teamsters ) for Ups. He was involved in nationwide Barging Agreements with the company. And MY PACKAGE WAS LOST AS WELL AS THE REPLACEMENT PACKAGE!
IT WAS A $7.95 DOG TAGS.
I'm ASHAMED, FOR MY UNCLE, AND I'm...
