November 2023: Our most recent experience was back to being a positive one. It seems like they’ve hired new staff. We had placed an order for some wings and pizza, and unfortunately, after getting home, the wings were wrong. When we called and informed them, they were highly apologetic, and confirmed that the woman who initially took our order was new. They offered to remake the wings. While we did have to return to the restaurant to pick them up, they did show that they were apologetic and made things right. Due to their customer service and excellent food, we will be back more regularly.

September 2023: We’ve had pricing issues a couple times with Casa Di Pizza, and this may be the last time we visit. They seem to never know what they list on their menu. We ordered a Special Party Package this time, and they charged us extra for the Pepperoni topping, even though the menu states it’s “& 1 topping”. The woman argued with us that the cheese was the extra topping and was adamant about charging us extra. Again, the menu states it’s for a cheese pizza already, plus one topping. Until they train their employees to understand what their menu states and stop overcharging their customers, we may not be visiting again anytime soon.

November 2022: If you’re looking for the closest to Buffalo style pizza and food around, this place is it - our friends from Buffalo told us so. We ordered a chicken finger sub and pepperoni pizza to share. The sub was great with the hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. The pizza was also served nice and hot with real pepperonis. I live very near this restaurant and had always respected how it was run but on 3/29/12 I had a really bad experience. We ran in for a snack, one person ordered a steak and cheese Sub and the other 2 slices of pizza. The staff didn't even make an attempt to serve both people at the same time. The pizza slices (with a topping) were served at room temperature. When they were re heated they re-served the slice that had been bitten in to, which is cheap. When we mentioned what we thought was not well done to the manager we didn't think he listened. Since I was not sure he was an owner, I emailed the restaurant so that the owners would know what was going on. Turned out it was an owner I spoke to that evening. We were quite polite about our criticism. I received a response to my e mail letting me know that the person I spoke to was one of the owners, and then trying to justify everything that happened. I own several small businesses and hae learned that arguing with a customer is not often productive. I probably don't have to say that I won't be going back to either of the Casa di Pizza locations, but unless you want lack luster service, cold pizza slices and an attitude if you think something could be improved upon, I would recommend that you...

Very friendly owners and staff make you feel at home. This casual, no frills establishment packs all their punch into the food and customer service.... from the original Buffalo wings to the Philly cheese steak, and Beef on Weck..... all yummy.

There are four types of hot. and four other flavors of wings, and almost 30 different sandwiches !!!

There's endless pizza, stromboli, and calzone combo's. Plus, PARTY sheets, made on large cookie trays for catering.

The burgers are ALL half pound, the full sandwich is 14 inches, and a large order of fries is, well, LARGE !

Yes, their menu is loaded with rich, calorie laden yummy goodness, but they have tons of salad and appetizer options to please both the vegan and lighter fared diner.

They offer specials every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Their open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, with the same hours on Sundays. Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 11:00 pm.
