They put someone else’s order on my ticket and charged me for all of it and refused to give me a refund and hung up on me. Up until last night I was spending over 100 dollars a week there now they will never get my business again and I will let people know how they treat others. And now they want to comment back and say they can show me a ticket that says I did t pay but I can show them my ticket. And then the person responding to my review couldn’t explain why his customer service is so rude and will hang up on a customer. I was not yelling or using foul language nor was I being disrespectful in ANY way so they can show me all they want someone else’s ticket but I have mine at home with my full order and and another order on it. So I kept my word and have not been back for breakfast or dinner and last night we ordered at colatinas and they can get our money since it and customers mean so little to Bliss and...

—------------ I went for breakfast today the food was very good. Lots of food, a nice three egg omilette, hash browns, large toast and great coffee. The first it seemed a little small, a little short on supplies , a little uncoordinated. That feeling gave way quite quickly when I realized I was there early and they were interviewing a woman for a position. Everyone was very nice including the woman getting interviewed. Quickly I was given the WiFi password when I asked. I would have liked to see more Vermont t-shirts which is one of the reasons I had stopped in. We spotted this place on our way north to see the eclipse and I ordered the breakfast sandwich with crisp bacon and cheddar cheese. It was wonderful and when I asked the cook what he did to make it so good he smiled and said “I just cooked it.” My partner had a traditional scrambled egg and home fries and said it was very good.
