The Little Grille at the Mill — Restaurant in Bradford

TLDR: ordered food at 7:30 pm and didn't get our food until 9:00 pm. Waitstaff was rude and refused to refund us before we even got our food.

Do Not Eat Here!!! Or at least unless you're willing to wait hours for mediocre food.

I never write reviews, but I had to after what a horrible experience we had.

We ordered online and the app told us it would take 35 min to prepare. OH IF ONLY THAT WAS THE CASE. We arrived right on time and waited 30min before we even SAW a hostess. We kept getting told 10 more minutes everytime we asked if it was ready yet. Everyone who was seated after we arrived got their food before us and even someone who ordered food FROM THE WRONG LOCATION got their meal before us (it took them 15 min max to make).

When asked why people behind us were getting their food ahead of us, the waitstaff told us it was because they prioritize walk ins and won't even start making mobile orders until they have a spare minute. We got no answer as to why the person who placed the mobile order at the wrong location got theirs before us.

The worst part is that the restaurant accepted the order even though they knew that they didn't have the capacity to do so. Even if there was a rush that they couldn't control, they should have called and...

We went there every week. And the food is yummy but they keep messing up my orders and one time we found plastic in our food. After calling many time they gave me a free lunch, I ordered tacos and I went to pick it up and they still made me pay. They said I got ONE taco free. They wouldn’t give me a free lunch. They have given us cold food. And most the time they give us free appetizer cards and not fixing the problem. Due to this happening sooooo many times I will NOT be going back to this restaurant. I’ve never been so mad and disappointed before like this. I work at a clinic and everyone I worked with gets lunch there every week sometimes twice a week. But we decided that we are all going to stop now. And when we went to pick up our food we waited 20 min for someone to come out so we could pay. And the staff was very rude!

The manager personally came to my place of work to apologize and make things better. I missed when the manager stoped by I was off work but I very much appreciate the efforts and will be thanking the manager and trying the restaurant...

Stumbled across this place while driving lost as a tourist. The food was quite nice pub fare, burgers, etc. but the outside dining experience was really lovely. Nice view of either the river which was right at the foundation of the building (because it was originally a mill, of course) or a grassy golf course. There's scenic mountains, too.

The service was great! Our server was very personable and the hostess was, too.

It was quiet and reflective when we stopped in. The interior was full of lovely woodwork and looked cozy.

Only real critique is the handicapped accessibility of the bathroom, which was a concern for us. If you can negotiate a few steps, it is doable, but not great for...
