Placed order received reciept waited . Conformation sent and said be at my house by 1:00 pm waited called them they where closed this was Monday . 4-2/2018 . I had already authorized the bank and the entire transaction . Ok 4/06/18 called chu-lee . They explained the have a third party site you place order with the web site after paying money they are sent the food order. I truly don't care how it is done . I want my food or my 19.13 back . To me I felt like I was robbed. I would not be allowed to come in chi-lee and walk out without paying. It has been a hassle . And like a lot every cent in budgeted they no sorry not our fault it is not us it was the computer we have two companies I don't know which one. Oh after leaving Chu-lee feeling over whelmed BK the lack of communication and zero remorse I know with one person will not hurt them just please don't pay on line because it is not the restaurant in Bradford no clue where the business that collect resides at..very...

I have eaten here for years now. In that timr there has been 3 owners. The first was simply amazing. Food was always perfect and full of flavor. The second owner was a couple of kids that tried chsnging everything. They ruined about 90% of the food but it was still ok. This new guy shouldnt even be cooking. For starters he speaks NO english and all his staff are white people that have NO idea what ANY of the stuff on the menu is. Second i ordered Shrimp and broccoli just for them to bring out something that i couldnt rven to describe. So after sending that back i got my shrimp with broccoli that was covered in some nasty kinda sauce. So $35. Later we leave having eatten the worst food we ever tasted and not getting half the stuff we ordered. Pass this place up. I placed an order for pick up. I order 5 meals and only received 2 meals. Thank goodness I checked the bag before leaving Bc I live an hour away. They said they would cook my other meals to make my order right. I ordered a meal and asked for it not spicy. None of the containers are labeled. 5 meals the same 🤷🏼‍♀️ I ordered spring rolls and discovered they were shrimp rolls 🤦‍♀️ I would not recommend this place at all.
