This location is super disrespectful, discriminating and racist towards brown skinned people. The servers refused me to provide there names. They have treated me so bad looking at my skin colour. She literally started showing me attitude the minute i started placing an order. One of the 2 girls shouted at me by yelling ââââWHAT âââ when i tried to ask where my order was. How disrespectful is it for my order to be thrown at me. I am paying for what i ordered ! I didn't ask for any favours ! This location is garbage ! Does not know how to treat customers of skin at ALL !!!!!! The manger present at the time of this incident was Haylee, and the owner is maddie .    Read moreI love this place and have NEVER had an issue until today. I always get the same 3 or 4 drinks and have never had an issue with them being made correctly. Today, I got a drink that wasn't even mixed together...it was always shaken when I got it before. I asked to have it remade because it did not taste right, and the lady working was rude about it. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying over $5 for a drink, I want to enjoy it. She gave an attitude and said she made it how it was listed and 'I don't know how you want me to fix it' I told her what it needed more of and stated it was supposed to be light ice as well...I again was met with attitude saying 'well that wasn't on there' when I did tell the cashier I wanted light ice. She remade it again without shaking it, and she said she didn't have anything to mix it with. It still did not taste good, but I was annoyed, so I just left. At this store after she allegedly intentionally burnt the customer's hand by squeezing the hot coffee cup in their hand after they asked for their money back she refused to give the refund and she refused to let go of their coffee cup squeezing it while the customer is saying: let go of it but in no avail which led to spilling the hot beverage all over the customer's hand resulting in a burnt that needed medical attention wow wow wow .
