Dunkin' — Restaurant in Braintree

Here is what happened when I walked into your store at 2140 Washington street Braintree Massachusetts this past Thursday 11/30/2023. Not one customer other than myself in the place.The counter was wide open for me to get my order in and leave. There were five or six employees working the window which I understand but there was one young brunette employee walking around and just basically doing nothing while I’m waiting to give my order of a regular coffee with jelly stick.I hear this brunette say, “ oh! look who it is? It’s my sister.” At this time her sister a conceited little blonde heads right over to the case, orders herself a couple donuts and coffee while totally ignoring me and the fact that I’ve been waiting before she arrived. Our brunette behind the counter takes her order. While this is happening, another girl behind the counter noticed what’s going on and says to her colleague. “ you have a customer” The brunette shrugs her shoulders and continues to carry on with her sister. Thankfully the girl that reminded her ignorant colleague stepped up and took my order. Good for her. Then while waiting for my coffee and donut I watched as the young brunette employee wandered the floor asking everyone else to help her put together her sister’s order. They all ignored her. Good! She probably comped the entire thing anyway. She should be fired! Is this how Dunkin Donuts operates at this location regularly? If so I guess I’m going to start looking for a better establishment. Give the other girl who stepped up to help me a promotion. She...

I rode my bike from Hull through the back roads to get here and I was relatively hot from my bike ride and I merely needed a cup of ice water to cool down. I was pleased that the counter girl didn't say I had to pay for the cup and or that it's extra for a styrofoam cups. Some places do that just to make a buck. But anyways I was served my Ice water and I was on my way. Overall a very nice experience. I would go there again...
