McDonald's — Restaurant in Braintree

This is one of worst McDonald's in the area. It can't beat Fields Corner in terms of bad but it definitely tries. It had renovations done recently and it certainly looks nice but the food quality is frequently hit or miss. A lot of the times I've ordered, the food tasted old and cold. They also do not seem to like people who use the app. Twice I've ordered using the app only to wait significantly longer than I would if I spoke to a cashier, only to see my food just sitting there and being ignored. They also would forget my drink often even though it would be right next to the meal.

Normally I'd just shrug it off and never eat there again but on the weekends I need a quiet space to work on my art and unfortunately the library is closed so I wanted to swing by the McDonald's to do it. However, as I was gathering my sketchbook and pencils, manager swiftly came out and asked me if I Was going to order something. I get it, customers only. Which is FINE but I wasn't hungry YET so I wanted to hold it off until I was ready to eat. But I could tell the Manager wasn't going to like that answer so I just left without saying anything. Not sure what the deal here is, seems like every employee is miserable.

I guess I'll walk the extra distance to Panera Bread instead. It costs more money and takes longer for me to get home but at least i won't get kicked out for not ordering food the...

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this place. I went by with my son around 5:30pm and he wanted a double cheeseburger, the usual, I told the lady at the speaker I do not want any onions on the burger because my boy is allergic to onions. I get the food and we drive off. I check that everything is good and check the stickers on the wrapping and it clearly said “no onions” so I trusted that these employees could read and comprehend what “no onions” means. However my boy bites down and says it tastes like onions. So clearly they can read. I call them and tell them that they messed up my order and because of their action my boy could’ve been in the hospital for the holidays because of his severe reactions, they hung up the phone saying “I don’t have time for these games” so I call again and I tell them I want to file a report, they hang up again. I call again and they threaten me to call the cops on me. How...

Hi, I am pleased to write about an incident that happened at this store today

When I visited around 4 pm today, the card reader at the register was not working and only one counter was operational

The staff taking orders at the desk ( Dana ) managed it so well it deserves an appreciation

Even after multiple tries when payment from my card was not accepted, Dana took out 2$ from her pocket and made the payments, handed over the change ( i.e 19 cents, Bill amount was 1.81 $ ) she was cognizant of the lengthy queue and making sure no customers walkout disappointed

When I noticed thia, I took out 2$ from my wallet and paid back to her, returned the change with a note of thanks, the timely guesture and customer centric attitude of Dana is much appreciated
