I've never actually taken time out of my day to write a review but I felt like I needed to do so based on the level of professionalism from the owner and the experiences I've being having. The food is not bad. However, if you order a pizza with vegetables most likely it will be uncooked and just sitting on top of the pizza. I have gotten frozen, uncooked spinach sitting on top of my pizza 4 times! When I called the business to talk to someone, I could hear the owner (Ana) rudely telling the cashier that she didn't want to take any "complaints.' Okay. No big deal. Another time, I ordered a veggie pizza and the onions, peppers and mushrooms were just sitting on top. Picked up a slice and everything fell off. My kids refused to eat it. Again, the ingredients were just sitting on top not cooked in to the pizza and barely any cheese. Called the place and was super nice on the phone. Explained how I like ordering from them and wanted to order this pizza again in the future but was wondering if this is how they usually make this pizza. I'm very respectful to others and I wanted to make sure I wasn't coming off as "complaining." The girl who answers the phone quickly passes the phone to the owner, Ana, who can be heard saying in the background "are you f-ing kidding me.... yo yo yo woman (calling the woman who passed the phone) I don't want to deal with this shi*." I'm stunned. Words fail me. Her personality and behavior is simply atrocious. It's costs nothing to be nice. She's running a business and it's not very smart to treat customers so poorly. So unnecessary. She's been rude to my husband and brother-in-law in the past and we didn't think much of it but now it's just too much. I continued to order from them "just because.'' Now I am making a conscious effort to not give them my money. The owner clearly has something wrong with her based on her abysmal behavior. Pizza was fine, however the chicken finger dinner was cold and food didn’t taste fresh. One of the owners got on the phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE. It was a woman, don’t know her name because she didn’t offer it however- she was extremely defensive and argumentative. Basically telling me I’m the only person who told her that today as if I am trying to get over with a freaking chicken tender meal. Are you kidding me?! How offensive, It doesn’t matter if I’m one out of a million in a day the fact is my 12 year old and myself split one chicken finger and ate about three fries and came to the same conclusion that the food didn’t taste as fresh as it normally does is all that’s needed. I spent $40 plus bucks on a large pizza and chicken finger dinner. The price isn’t the problem however her attitude towards me was.
She did offer to recook the food and pick the other plate up however after how rude she was being I chose not to want it. Why would I want someone who has so much negative nasty attitude and rudeness recooking my 12 year olds food. No thanks! I asked for at least a partial refund not even a full refund and they still could have picked the food up, she argued me down to let me know that was money out of her store and she wasn’t doing that. AGAIN, I’ve been a customer here for 10 years- I’ve spent an abundance of money at this establishment and HIGHLY disappointed by the treatment I received.
Never AGAIN will Braintree House of Pizza get a single Penny of my money. Staple of the Braintree community or not the Owner is COMPLETELY RUDE AND TREMENDOUSLY LACKS CLIENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I don’t call this place a lot because it’s inconsistent their website clearly states that they close at 10 o’clock, not 9:00 because you want to send the 23 teenagers you have working there home. I can understand if I called at 9:40 and the fellas who bust there ass in the kitchen wanna start cleaning up , but 1 whole hour before what your website says is ridiculous, your not getting a steak and cheese past 9:00. Goodluck , regardless Rosie’s is right down the street and I know I need to order my food by 8:00 because their website is accurate. For all the new shinny equipment, tv’s , state of the art kitchen I’d much rather the mother and father from the old spot yelling at me, at least they were genuine, and didn’t loose touch with customers because they got to big. Your Apple now, dare I say the Yankee’s when the old man Steinbrenner was running it, and I apologize to the people of Braintree going at your beloved BHOP but this isn’t just a one off thing, every time I call it’s always a problem, they hide behind the little message on door dash like tht lets people know it’s 9:00 today , not 10. Nah nah thts a cop out, if it takes you 1 hour to close up , than the sign should read 8:00 pm. Tht way staff could get home a little earlier, bring dinner home and it’s not to late to see the kids before bed. Win win for everyone .
