Little Dave's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Brandenburg

So We are all about supporting local businesses BUT NOT THIS ONE! We had our son’s group choose to stay local and eat at the only sit down American restaurant in town. The food was disgusting. Burnt black the service was lack luster but that can be any restaurant. My issue is the Manager Nathan Faulk! I actually called the restaurant after getting pics and a video from our Senior prom kids who chose to eat there not only did he hang up on me but when I called back to get his full name told me I didn’t need to know that. I’m sorry why would any patron pay for food they couldn’t or refused to eat!? When you see the video you will under How angry I am. I’m glad my son took up for him and his friends! But, the manager only took off the burnt food from the bill and didn’t even take into consideration that now half of the group going to senior prom is now going there hungry because after a very long wait for their food to even be served over half of them couldn’t even eat it! Then on top of that ruined what should have been a great senior prom memory from their dinner! The disrespect I was shown as the mom that called was not only uncalled for but is why we will not ever eat there again! Not ever! And like the manager Nathan said well your son doesn’t have to ever eat here again and neither do you! The manager literally said that to me! It is absolutely terrible management and service and personally no one in our entire family will ever eat there again. So sad that the Little Dave’s new owners care that little about the community that they allow this to happen! Maybe that’s why they were the only prom group there! I guess I missed how terrible it was there now. So very very disappointed and I will share the pics and videos of the food they were served and...

This is for the CRESTWOOD location - we were greeted at the door on Saturday night by "Jerry" who said he was the owner and told not to come in that there was an hour wait. We could clearly see inside and there were six people waiting and half the tables were empty. Others in our party were already seated so we were "allowed" to come inside. The service was fantastic! Unfortunately the food was awful! We had a large group and most of us ordered steaks. The guys got the "Big Hoss" which was advertised as a 16oz rib eye. It was more like a 12oz that was cut a half inch thick, had no seasoning and no taste. Another person got the 8oz. Sirloin. This steak was about a half a centimeter thick, hard and dry. After sending it back and getting a second steak that was just as bad, we told the server to forget it. Everyone else was done eating when the second steak arrived.so we didn't want to wait on a third. Then to top it off, the person was charged full price for the meal they didn't eat. The quality of the food is very poor. This place is a huge disappointment for our small town of Crestwood. We need some new restaurants but I highly doubt this one will make it if they continue to turn people away at the door and serve low quality, poorly prepared food. We have been wanting to try this place for a while. We finally did yesterday. We went for an early dinner. There was a large party finishing up on a side room, but otherwise it wasn't very busy at all, maybe three other tables. We were not greeted immediately and I wasn't sure we we weren't supposed to seat ourselves but a hostess seated us. The floor at our table was filthy. A knife was laying against the wall in plan site but no one picked it up. Despite my better instincts, we stayed and ordered. The restroom was less than desirable and the floor was sticky. Our food came in reasonable amount of time. All the fried food left a weird aftertaste of old grease. I ordered grilled shrimp that were nothing more than precooked shrimp shoved on a skewer, barely heated with some seasonings dusted on top. The rice and broccoli were completely flavorless. Others got burgers and said they were delicious. Steak was very tough and not flavorful at all. We may try again but I'll definitely stick with something simple like a burger. The bill was not worth the food we received. We love to patronize local spots but they need to up their standards...
