As a former employee of this location it is extremely disappointing going to this store and encountering not only terrible food, but poor customer service. My father-in-law took my kids through the drive-thru a little while back, was pulled forward and waited nearly 20 minutes before going back through the drive thru to ask about their order. Staff, including the manager were extremely rude and literally refused to give them their food. Instead, he was given a refund for an order that wasn’t even his. I’ve been there a couple of times and it was my experience 2 mornings ago that finally made me wanna leave this review. This time, Sue Dages ;always the sweetest lady) was her usual sweet and delightful self. However, before I even got to the second window, the young lady had my bag hanging out the window waiting for me. As I approached, not a word said, she basically threw my bag at me. Read moreFirst time being here since the new building all I have to say is I’m disappointed I go in there and I get a large fry two drinks, one a vanilla shake the other one a frozen mocha with a shot of espresso and both of our drinks came out liquid when we went and explained no this isn’t what we ordered. They proceeded to tell us well the machines messed up when it’s hot it doesn’t want to keep things frozen so I was like well shut down the machine, Go back inside because instead of a large fry, they gave me a medium fry, and no one had answers for us or nothing. We weren’t offered a refund or I’m sorry nothing just excuse after excuse I go to etown and I never have this issue.
