We have issues with our orders nearly every time we come here, which is about once a month. Today was no different. I noticed after being cashed out that my order was incorrect, but there was a significant line behind me, so I told the cashier I'd come back up. My boyfriend went back up, and the manager I'm assuming (he said her name was Mindy or Mandy, something along those lines) was very rude. Instead of taking care of one issue at a time, she rudely walked away mid conversation with my boyfriend. She also tried to blame me for not catching the cashiers error prior to cashing out. As a manager or customer service rep, it is not your job to place blame. If you can't effectively care for your customers, go find a job with no people because your attitude sucks. All we wanted was to be refunded the sandwich and charged correctly for what was ordered. Not. That. Difficult. With all this being said, the cashier is very nice, but seems confused by the register functions, I honestly don't blame him for this situation at all. The app says my item has been delivered to me while I sit in my parking spot. Read moreWalked in at 9:50pm one of the employees loudly says, 'I hope these people don't want food.' then walks away. Tried using the giant order tablet and it wasn't calculating the food right. Stood at the front for a few minutes. Ordered with another employee after three others looked at us and walked away. Finally ordered, no receipt given. Were told by the same employee that the dining room closes at 10pm. No problem, willing to take it to go. Food tossed in a bag no ranch, short a nugget. Not a huge deal. Went to run back in still before 10, doors are locked no one responded to the knocks. Went through the very busy drive thru to ask for ranch the gentleman asked the original employee that said the first comment to grab us 3 ranches. We were stuck in line till the cars in front of us moved and this same female employee stared at me until we pulled out and the gentleman never came back to the window.
