Subway — Restaurant in Brandon

The store is horrible one of the worst Subway's I've ever been to. This is the third time we've had a problem with this subway. The first time was a few months ago when my boyfriend went to get us food. The store had a rude female working and there were no fresh item besides tomatoes lettuce from The Onion. The second time was 4th of July around 2 p.m. when we arrive to get sandwiches only to find out the store was closed . A female employee stated the store had closed early because of 4th of July. I don't understand because this has happened for more than one occasion that the store has been closed. The store on the door and window that it is open 24 hours. This is not the case because several times when I have went to the Circle K that shares the same space as the subway the store has been closed. Online it saysIt closes at 10 p.m.The door hours and whenToday my boyfriend son and I arrive to the subway. Where we were greeted by a white male who was working with a heavy set white female with blonde and black hair. He stated that they only had wheat bread in the footlong and white bread in the 6 in and that was all the bread they had. We take 2 foot long wheat. My boyfriend got a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and I got the spicy Italian. The girl was on her phone just behind the male . He then asked the female if she wants to help. She puts her gloves on and with her gloves on she handles her phone and puts her phone away. Then the female does not listen when my boyfriend tells her that he wants bacon he had to repeat himself more than twice. Then another customer comes in and he tells her that they only have white bread in 6 inch. The woman then point out that there is bread in the warmer which the man reply that he cannot serve for another 30 minutes even though he stated that it was done. Then when the customer told the male that she would like bacon on her sandwich he didn't hear her and she had to repeat herself three times. The female working did not know how to use the oven or microwave. When it came time to put vegs on sub the vegs available were very skim and not so fresh .The customer service was horrible as well as experience . Will never go...

I don't know who the big boy working on Friday night July 10 2020at 830 pm, but he needs a job where he doesn't interact with people. I went in there with my Mom, and we ordered 4 meals. We told him what we wanted on our sandwiches,and his cold table was poorly stocked. He was not willing to reach under it into the cooler to replenish his stock, either. I asked for provolone cheese for my husband's sandwich, he said he was out. I asked for onions on my sandwich, and he put 2 or 3 slivers that were stuck to the side of the dish on there. I asked for onions on my husband's sandwich and he said nah he was out. He put so much mayonnaise on my aunt's sandwich she wore a jars worth as soon as she picked her sandwich up. He wrapped our cookies in a sandwich wrapper and threw them in the bag with the sandwiches to get crushed. When he rang us up he didn't charge us for meals. He charged us for 4 sandwiches and 4 bags of chips and cookies. Mom asked where the cups were and he said he didn't charge us for meals. He charged my mom $33 for 3 - 6 inch and 1 - 12 inch subs, 4 bags of chips and 3 cookies. When she asked for the cups, he said he didn't charge us for meals. So Mom asked how much are the meals so he could just charge us the difference and give us our drinks we asked for, but instead he tried to ring her up for 4 drinks, at full price, saying he can't initiate a refund without a manager. I told him to keep his drinks and we left. It's worth mentioning that when we got there, there was a woman waiting in the lobby, trying to get his attention because he was asleep in the office. My mom went and beat on the door to wake him up. He was so disrespectful and just pure lazy. I will never go back there. I would hope the management of this Subway - the one attached to the circle k on MLK and Williams in Seffner, Florida - will take note of this and get in touch with me so they can make this right for my Mama and the other customers who go in there expecting a good experience and leaving feeling like they inconvenience someone and without what they asked for. Awesome service and great hospitality. I actually got kicked out from my uncles house the night i went to subway after we lost our babyboy 21 wks and me and my fiance stayed there all night and the woman working there that night named nikkie bought a xbox game and xbox controller and a mini beam projector from my fiance for gifts for her sons birthdays..and she did it so we could go get a room and finally go to sleep. Weve been up all night with her till 8 am talking to her and also we just couldnt sleep drom the shock. But we made new friend. This was 2wks ago. Amen thank u god for the beginning of our journy. Today she came back to work and has been in the hospital. Please pray for her. She says she might need surgery. No she do t she needs god to touch her and make her whole again.
