My sister came to visit me yesterday 9/4/20 and she decided to stop at burger king to get herself and my goddaughter something to eat. While there she called and asked if we wanted something to eat. I didn't but my son did. He wanted their bacon burger. When she got to my place and gave my son his burger, as soon as he unwrapped the sandwich there was a blonde hair on it. I called the restaurant to speak to a manager to let them know cause of course my son was not going to eat that. I spoke to Nester (so call manager). As soon as I told him he said they didn't have anyone working with blonde hair. So, I asked him would he like for me to bring the sandwich back to him so he may see for himself beause he made it seem like I was lying by the tune of his voice. At first, he said yes if I could, do that. Then he switched his words around and said I could come back in so they can make another sandwich. It was raining so I told him I probably wouldn't be in there tonight but I'll come tomorrow. He never asked for my name so I asked did he need it so if I did pick it up tomorrow the manager on staff would know about the situation. He had absolutely no care in the world. He was like just come in it's already written down. Now, as I stated, it was my son's sandwich so he wanted his burger. He decided to go over there. I tried to not over thinking the conversation I had on the phone with the "manager" as my sister adviced. However, when he got there that "manager" Nester treated him like he was garbage. He was speaking to him with the same sarcastic tone. He said (verbatim), "blonde hair? Weird. Ok. Give me 5-10 min." He went back there made the sandwich threw it to the slot thing they use when completing the food and never told the front counter person to bag it to give to my son. My son stood there for almost 20 minutes. While standing there and waiting he noticed they did in fact have another manager working there that had....you guessed it... BLONDE HAIR! Not only was he rude, unprofessional, but also a LIAR. The front counter person saw the sandwich just sitting there so she ask who was it for. That's when he told her it was for my son bag it and give it. Not one time did he apologize to me or my son. The whole time my son was on the phone with me. Because I taught my son to be respectful he didn't say anything to this grown man. I told him just come home and I'll handle it. Who talks to a 17 yr old like that. My God, I can't with this world we live in today. Customer service no longer exists. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! We are in a time where people are no longer spending their hard earn money at any establishment that doesn't value their dollar. When my son got home, I told him not to eat the sandwich I planned to take it back there in the morning and get refund. I planned to call corporate but my sister (a manager at McDonald's) said I would be wasting my time cause corporate never do anything to hold the managers who behaves that way with customers accountable. Read moreUsually it's pretty clean when it's not rush hour. Everything is average compared to other Burger Kings of the same age and size. Unfortunately, my experience was cut short and ruined when I was forced to defend Logan (who is one of the employees), my mom and myself from another unknown employee (that wasn't working that day) in the parking lot.. Whenever I was describing what was going on to the staff inside after calling police to the scene one of the other employees (Michelle) tried gaslighting me about what I had witnessed then proceeded to be rude to me. . For helping one of her staff? When the police showed up she became agitated. She clearly was only interested in the inconvenience of having police show up to the restaurant and not in helping her fellow employee that had been assaulted in the parking lot by another 'off the clock' employee. Shift manager (John) was trying to handle the situation but could only just relay messages to the general manager. Maybe he chose not to do more than that. It's hard to tell but I felt he could have been a little more compassionate towards the assaulted employee. He didn't even ask if his work mate was alright. His response as well as some of the other employees to the incident was very cold and uncaring. I was happy to help the poor bloke but it should have been his fellow employees to help and not one of them even seemed to care. It's not the first time I've witnessed this sort of behavior here as there's been many unreported incidents that seem to happen at this location but it is the first time that I was involuntary involved directly. Also the first time I've witnessed anything happening like this with the employees. It's usually problem customers. It really is a shame that this place has gotten like this. It was pretty cool for the first few years it's been opened but now, I'm concerned about my safety over saving a few bucks on getting some fast food. The order was still wrong when I got it. I didn't bother going back to get the correct order. It's now gotten to the point where they should consider having an armed security...
Read moreI have been here two times. Both times received horrible service. The managers are rude to their employees as well as their staff. Managers are unable to keep staff on task. Last night we were in the drive thru and the staff member was very rude and kept telling us we needed to wait. Another car came in the other lane and they were served before us. I got upset since we sat for 10 minutes. Went inside and understood why the girl at drive thru was making people wait. It was time for her break. They served their employees in front of the customers who were standing in line. I spoke with a manager and she did not see any problem with how they run the restaurant. I did buy food because I did not want to waste gas since we are preparing for a hurricane. I do have to say last night my food was out before I could fill my drink cup. But feel like if I would have not complained I would have sat there listening to the calamity of the staff. Watching a girl lean under the warmer as if she was so tired. The manager standing there talking personal stuff and yelling at staff telling them to focus. The other time I was there another manager yelled at the staff and told them if they could not get it together she was sending people home. That time she just yelled but no action. This location is a disappointment. So close to home but no professionalism...
