The guy behind the counter is SO unhappy at this place. I was going to order a drink and while I was in line I observed how he treated the couple ahead of me. When the couple ordered their donuts the counter guy shrugged and rubbed his head with both hands like, it was such an inconvenience. After he manhandle the chocolate glazed donuts the couple said "not those but the chocolate donuts". Well he threw his hands up in the air. The couple were so nice and sweet I was dumbfounded. So when I walked up and ordered my drink he gave me that look like I was taking up his time for nonsense, hello you work here. All I wanted was a Strawberry dragon fruit drink and since he gave me the look like it was a complicated order ( I ordered directly from the menu no customization) I left since he had better things to do.This person does not belong in the customer...

Disgusting, the girl in the window gave the car In front of us the wrong drink. We watched the woman sip the coffee and tell the employee it’s not hers, she gave it back and it sat in the window. The employee then tried to HAND US THE SAME COFFEE!! We asked if this was the one the person ahead of us just drank from, they denied it. The top mouth spout was wet and stained from coffee passing through it?! She tried to just change the top and give it back
 gross. Then runs to get the manager who in turn tries to say it’s not the same cup or coffee all while blocking our view so we couldn’t see them use the same coffee again. Not sure what the desperate need is to preserve the cheapest coffee you can buy but the entire interaction was infuriating and...

I had SUPER HORRIBLE n WORST Experience bcoz there was only one counter open at busy hours n the lady was SUPER SLOW n she had attitude n there was super big line n only one counter open n they want business but they don’t want to pay staff.

It literally took 22min to get my number to order. This was insane n there was McDonald’s at McDonald’s it took only 51sec to get my 3 order done. My god I had super bad experience at this location Dunkin’ Donuts. It was pricey also. Over all zero star. Bad bad bad service of this Dunkin’ Donuts location.

I swear to god I will never ever back to this horrible n worst location. Very...
