Subway — Restaurant in Branford

Mar 28, 2022 It is slightly pricier than regular Subways. And it’s understandable, cause it’s a service plaza at I-95, really busy spot. I don’t mind to pay extra for quality, fast and prompt service. Unfortunately I was not able to get a sub here, due to totally irresponsible and immature behavior of the employee who was missing for at least 10 mins. I waited and tried to call him, and asked every other employee at the plaza with no lack. Nobody knew where he was, and he was not in the back. Finally when I lost hope and was leaving, he came from the outside. When I asked him, why he had left for that long, he just did not care and kept telling me “come again soon…” Complete disregard of travelers/customers time ! What a DINKUS !!! 😲 I will never stop here for a sub, and will try to avoid all other subway shops at I-95 in CT.
