Bamboozled — Restaurant in Branson

I was hopeful for this place by the reviews and being pretty close to home made me more than excited. I was beyond disappointed with my experience as a whole. I arrived at approximately 6:30pm it was pretty busy so I was hopeful for a great night with a couple beers and some jerk chicken. Fast forward to 8 pm approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes since I ordered my food and after 2 tables of 6 plus people have ordered and received their food. When I asked my server where my food was I met with. "What? What did you order?" After giving my order again I was told I sent it back that's on the kitchen let me check. 10 minutes later (yes I counted) I was told they have no idea what happened to the order and they're making it this instant. 18 minutes later I was given food that was obviously microwaved and soggy. My asparagus was actually cold to the touch despite looking freshly cooked. My wife's burger was so soggy the bun was falling apart and her bacon wasn't even fully cooked. I will not reccomend this establishment to any of my peers and will always remember this experience and share it with those same peers of the actual worst restaurant experience I've had in several years. If you're looking for a small dive bar to drink at its absolutely a good place. However in my experience with dining this is the first spot to drive by and not think twice about supporting. We stumbled across this place by happenstance. So glad we did!! What a neat atmosphere and so welcoming!! It was my husband’s birthday and they welcomed us with a shot. Their cook happened to be gone but they were more than accommodating to modify the menu and still make us a fantastic supper! The live guitar musician was icing on the cake. Sean, Autumn and Glory were amazing! Glory awesome 1st day! The former pig in a blanket was friggin awesome and recommend! The black and bleu burger... kick a$$! Roast beef caprese was killer the balsamic w the roast beef threw a loop when seen on there but was so delicious and worked very well together!
