Very satisfied from start to finish. Appointment scheduled quickly. Tech Yancey was on time, very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed my heating problem in short order and made repairs first time with success. Problem was actually my operator error. I had replaced furnace filter several weeks ago w a too restrictive "allergy" type small micron, high priced one. This restricted the air flow and caused the heat pump to choke. Compresser ran hot and heating suffered. Yancey politely showed me the errors of my ways and also educated me on benefit of leaving the ducts open even in tools not in use. He cleaned my blower fan and did a complete system check. As my Lennex unit is 20+ yrs old, he also provided good information on their newer, more efficient models which at some point I may need. Total cost of this repair and service call was under $200 which is very fair since they came all the way to Shell Knob. I gave them a "1" only because a "0" was NOT an option. We moved to the area in October 2017 and had "ALLSEASONS" come out to check out AC/FURNACE in our newly purchased home.

They (Allseasons) gave us a quote of 6k ($6,000.00) for a NEW AC/FURNACE and Duct Work. Upon arriving back at home, we called because "NO DUCT WORK WAS DONE" That was another $4,500 to a totally different company, because AllSeasons stated "They Dont Do Duct work" but their ad in the phone book says they do.

Since October 2017, they have been here on a monthly basis. Always something. One technician said "the unit is too small for your home" another tech said, "the last tech forgot to do something." The ac unit would surge about5-7 times before it would come on. In the 100 degree weather, the ac was set on 73 and it was 87 degrees inside. Today, it's in the 70's out side and 78 inside. Allseasons said, "our ac unit is froze up" what next?

This has been a great company to work with for years. They helped us tremendously when we built our house to make sure that we had the right system for the size of house we had and have continued good service throughout the years, including replacement parts and warranty work. They even sent someone out right away without an emergency call to get a kitten out of the system. The kitten had jumped down the vent that was not secured and ended up in the bottom of the unit in the house. They even made a small escape door that I could take the screws off of in case it ever happened again. I really appreciated that as our pets are like our kids.They recently were out and were able to correct a problem that would’ve cost me much more in the future had I not got it fixed now. They were able to get the part and fix it the same day and were so kind and professional. Would recommend them to anyone and I will continue...
