While lookin for Gluten Free options while staying in Branson tonight, we took a local suggestion to try this place in Kimberling City, just outside of town. It was about 12 miles or a 16 min drive from the resort where we are staying. We were immediately seated in the middle of this charming restaurant, that also produces a spectacular overlook view of Table Top Lake. We ordered the gluten free pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions and also tried Parmesans Deluxe Salad (without the croutons). The salad came out quickly, within a couple mins and then the pizza approximately 15 minutes later. It’s a nice Venice style pizza sauce with a nice stringy mozzarella cheese and a zesty pepperoni, but it wasn’t too spicy. In terms of gluten free pizza crust, it was as crisp and delicious as any of the best regular thin crust pizzas that I have eaten. The fresh veggies in the salad were nicely chopped and still cool, and it was very nicely assembled and we tried the house Italian dressing. This could very well be my new favorite pizza place in the Ozarks. To the fellow Gluten Free Pizza lovers alike, this place definitely deserves your consideration and a try. I also ordered a locally brewed draft beer ,and we were able to split the pizza and salad to nicely dine for around $30. A recommendation to try, for sure.

Stairs to enter restaurant. Nice Handicap Accessible.Ramp Seating Area consists of eight tables enough to total seats to accommodate about 40 people. Atmosphere is very basic at best. 2 TvS 50"located in seating area. Lighting- Overhead recessed lighting and four ceiling fans. Restraunt appeared very clean. The seating area is very loud regarding sound. If you looking for a quiet palace to eat this is not it. During my visit there was 28 people were seated. Coke Products are served here. Fountain and 2 liter and 20oz bottles. Unsweetened Tea Beer of different types served by then bottle. The service today was prompt and attentive. Wait time was about 20 minutes total. Ordered - Medium Parmesan Deluxe Hand tossed Pizza minus red onions ***** Very Good Soft Crust Parmesan Deluxe Salad ***** Very Good Spaghetti minus meatballs ** Very Bland- needed salt Caesar Salad ***** Very Good Garlic Bread ***** Very Good 2 ea. Unsweet Tea ***** 1 Fountain Coke **** 1 Fountain Dr Pepper ***** Unisex Restroom. 8''x6' with 36"Door. Very Clean!

Delighted by the friendly service and homemade, tasty food at a relaxed restaurant in Kimberling City. I have yet to try the pizza, but based on how much I enjoyed the Parmesan's salad, I will be trying their pizza soon! Ate here with two friends the first week of April and each of us were thrilled with our choices. The large, Parmesan's salad is so filling and packed with fresh, delicious ingredients! I even added a few shakes of red pepper flakes and sprinkled parmesan cheese over the second half of my salad which took it to another level. One friend enjoyed her buffalo wings commenting how nicely prepared they were for her. Our other friend was full after enjoying the hot Italian sub on freshly baked bread. All 3 of us really enjoyed our tasty meals. We came in for an early lunch and were thankful it wasn't too busy. They also have a nice patio / deck with an overview of beautiful Table Rock Lake in the distance. We're planning on a return trip soon to try some freshly made pizza at Parmesan's. Surely it'll be a treat.

Im not one to call a server out but ive been going to this place since i was little. The new owners are nice and i like them. Food is always good i always get the Italian calzone with italian dressing. They usually forget the italian but its fine. Its my birthday and my parents wanted to take me out. I love their calzones. So i called to make sure on last seating because online says they close at 9. We get the server his name is johnathan L. He tells us before we even sit you have 10 mins to order. Okayyy. Ive been a server for years and so has my mother. That stays in back of the house. You let your kitchen know not your guest. So we just ordered drinks and food all at once. I pointed my food out. He comes back with drinks and my dad ask what time do yall close. He says winter hours are 8. My dad said oh well she called and the girl said last seating at 8 and your door and online says 9. You may wanna change that so people know. As he starts walking away he said you got it boss. There is 1 other table in there that just got their app. As we are sitting they are doing their closing stuff normal. My food comes out as the sandwich version which i dont like. I told him it was fine i didnt need the calzone. He brought it to me anyway which i appreciate forgot the dressing. I put it in my box. He starts putting chairs upside all over the restaurant even on dirty tables that havent been clean. My dad is still eating and mom was finishing up and they hand our check to my mom. No drink take off no small discount nothing for him doing it wrong or offer of anything. I wouldnt take it but i always offered esp if it was my fault. I pointed on the back page of calzones to what i wanted. She gives it back with a card. She signs i leave a note to slow down and serve. The girl starts putting up chair right next to us stops ask if weve signed takes it and leaves a highchair sitting right next to my moms chair so when she gets up she has to move it. I get wanting to go home but i have served people a minute before closing and they stayed for 45 mins to an hour and i have never once made them feel rushed out the door like they did i would tell back of the house there is a table and they wonder why we didnt tip like we have in the past because the servers were a joy even when having a bad day. Ive tipped good even on to go orders to support our local business. With the smirk and low talking yeah i looked them dead in the eyes. You cant expect an amazing tip from crappie service. Honestly i wont go back as long as johnathon and the short Burnett girl is there. Id pick any server any day over those two who dont care and just want to go home. Where is the...

We have a lake home that we spend 40% of our time there. We dine at Parmesan ‘s occasionally. We have always had great service until a couple of nights ago. There were two waitresses there that we had never seen before. When we walked in there were 2 tables occupied. There was no one behind the counter so we seated ourselves and waited. It was approximately 5 minutes and the girl came over and gave us menus and took our drink order. When she brought our drinks she took our food order which was 2 small salads and a small pizza. As we were waiting a party of 4 came in and sat at the table next to us. They hurried over to them to wait on them. It was obvious they knew them and they were regulars. We were still waiting on our salads and the other table received their salads and appetizers before we did. My husband finally went to the counter and asked where our salads were. She said they were making them. We finally received the salads and she came and took away the dirty dishes. The other table received their food which was pizza and we were still waiting. My husband once again went to the counter and asked about it. He saw it sitting on the back counter and the girl said she didn’t know who it belonged to. He said he was pretty sure it was ours. She brings it to the table with one plate so we ask for another and then we have to ask for refills of our water glasses. The pizza had definitely been sitting for awhile as it was not hot. Needless to say we didn’t leave a tip. We have been here before but this was the first time we have ever had this kind of bad service. The food has always been piping hot when they bring it to the table. I could understand if they were really busy but they weren’t. If these 2 girls are working the next time we go in we have decided that we will turn around and walk out. We have never gotten this kind of treatment from Steve that...

I used to live this place I took many people here and always looked forward to the great food and service. However, I was sadly disappointed when I ordered a delivery on Saturday September 24th at 7:39 pm and was quoted a delivery time of 45 minutes to a max of 1 hour. I was told my salad would only have cheese and croutons and two ranch. As well I ordered ranch in place of marinara with my calzone. At 8:49 pm I called to see where my order was. The staff told me the driver just left 10 min ago and would be there shortly. No apollogy...nothing. I asked if there is a policy in regards to not meet in time frames for delivery and not receiving a call saying they will be late...the phone was handed off to the next person....who informed me they could not do anything and would have a manager call me the next day. My order arrived at 9:05 pm!!! The salad had tomatoes, artichokes, onions, cheese, and lettuce....and 1 ranch not two as promised. The calzone came with marinara....not ranch. The ranch up that did come with the order slid off the box that was handed to me because it was not secured. When asking the driver of he has another to replace it with he said no. He also did not have a pen to sign the receipts for the orders. Asked if I had one and said the last person stole it. I did not have one. The calzone was luke warm. The manager never called I called on Sunday and was told by "Steve" that he had no idea what I was talking about and there was no manager there but I could call the next day. When I asked why I was told a manager would contact me that day he said he didn't know. All in all....this experience was horrible. Aweful customer service, no remorse for the mistakes made....nor for the mis...
