West Brattleboro Pizza — Restaurant in Brattleboro

We looked at the menu online as we are staying here from out of town. I called and ordered and drove 12 minute to pick it up. We calculated the cost to about $45 based on the online prices and sales tax etc. When I paid for my food I was charge $65. Due to rushing I didn't realize it. When I got back to my hotel I looked at my slip and was shocked, so I called them immediately. I was give attitude and told "our pricing on our website is not correct sooo yeah. We have printed menus here for a reason and the pricing on door dash is more accurate." I pretty much just hung up. The food was awful. My 7 year old refused to eat his pizza because it was that gross, so I tried a piece and knew there was no way any of us would eat that pizza. I ordered a Gyro grinder because I don't care for the gyro wrap....... But I got a straight up gyro. And due to it not being wrapped properly it was spilling out everywhere. My mom had wings and those weren't too bad, but the cheesecake was not good either. I could have looked past the qaulity if they weren't rude about their pricing issues. In NH, restaurants don't have out of date online menus. And if by chances a price is off they do the right thing and give us the items for the price listed on...

We had called in an order with 6 things. 3 of the things were wrong. 2 of the people decided they would eat their item even though it was wrong so everyone could eat together. One of the people wanted to get a refund. The man there was very rude . He insisted He was right. I'm sorry sir a cheese burger is NOT a Cheeseburger Sub.... the worst thing was the individuals attitude. A simple apology and asking what could have been done to fix it would have changed the while interaction but instead was treated with rudeness.... and the prices seemed a little high also... anyways.... the food wasn't horrible but the whole...

The food is really good atmosphere great service every time I call ten minutes it takes never more than 20 minutes, I mean wow any other place on a Friday and I would be put on hold or told 45 min an hour, I have been told they could not serve me at other places, and just my opinion but they have the best pizza in the Brattleboro area. I highly recommend west Brattleboro pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 they also have grinders hot and cold gyros great chicken wings hamburgers fries everything Italian American you can ever ask for and it is all awesome thanks I will keep...
