My girlfriend ordered a "Supreme" pizza for the family, while visiting friends in the area. After a 45+ minute wait, she was provided her order and quickly drove home so we could enjoy our meal together. Upon opening the box, we were both incredibly surprised to see what is in the attached picture. Maurizio's appeared to have used an ALREADY cooked sausage and pepperoni pizza, before then adding onions, green peppers, mushrooms and ham as an afterthought. (The onions, mushrooms and green peppers weren't even fully cooked and were cold to the touch.) The sausage and pepperoni are under the small amount of cheese, while everything else is simply tossed into the box.
I contacted the business and was told that I'd have to drive the pizza back to them, if I wanted a new pizza to be switched out. When I explained that this was difficult due to having just finished a 13 hour shift at work and being 25 minutes away, I was told that they didn't think there was anything else they could do.

Waited an hour so we went there to pickup. Still no phone call. Went in and they said if we didn't call it's not ready. So we sat in the parking lot with still no phone call. After waiting I went back inside. I was asked of I had received a phone call. My answer was no. Do this time she asked me my first name. Well she said it was ready when I had came in the first time but it was listed under my first name. I asked if was still hot and she said yes. ( lukewarm) more like it. I said but I never did get a phone call!!!! So in short not much apology. Daughter's Birthday dinner to took an hour and 40 minutes only to be lukewarm. I get out my debt card and see looks at me and says" did they give you a call back" I inform her no that they never called me. She then looks at me and says our internet is out and we can only take cash or checks. I informed her that I did not have either. She then says well the nearest ATM is Casey's. She puts my order under the counter and I have to go and get cash which then charges me a service charge for using the ATM.
