Over the last year this place has went down hill till it has beyond hit rock bottom. Me and my better half went in to order food one evening. The cashier ignored us. I told him when he finally looked back our way and said are you ready to order in this grumpy voice âyes we were waiting on you to pay attentionâ the name on the receipt was Derek (not positive itâs spelled correctly but the name is correct) the order was still wrong even after repeating it several times as this younger guy kept paying attention to some about his age kids getting some form of free drinks from him. Looked like it couldâve been some form of a slushy or something from the back? He then replies to them if I can get you anything else just let me know before looking back and saying is that it? To me and my better half. I once again said no and he finally completed the order. It was wrong as stated above when I went up to try and get it fixed he darted off to the back. I was ticked and sick that evening so my tray with food hit the floor behind the counter. The manager claimed he wouldâve done anything to fix it (this is the same guy who the week before stated to place more cheese and sour cream on the tacos because he didnât want to open another bag of meat) I reminded him of that and then he told me I wasnât welcome there. I said wow big loss for me! Walked out with a refund and donât intend to ever go back..... but my sister picked up tacos this evening. I sure wish I could share the pictures apparently mr hold the bags of meat is working again this evening! Less than a teaspoon of meat and yes I even piled it on the teaspoon and saw plenty of empty space and not heaping at all...... rip off that needs to clear the house and start over these people are ill trained and management...
   Read moreEdit 2023: it has improved. Orders are actually usually correct and we get what we ordered. The amount in the cheese dip has improved to a normal amount so that's nice for what we pay for it I'd expect to get a normal amount. But they still don't give sauce packets.
They're usually very understaffed so lines and wait times are long. They're out of things like lettuce and tomatoes way too much, it's unreasonably often. 75% of the time, items from my orders are wrong and/or missing. I love Taco Bell but the one in Brazil is an unfortunate disaster and it doesn't get better, ever.
Edit: two years after my original review, absolutely nothing has changed. I ordered from there tonight and they left out an entire meal. $7 worth of food never gotten and it's like this EVERY TIME.

   Read moreI went through the drive-thru this time because there wasn't a long line. Even with just 2 cars ahead of me, I still ended up waiting a bit. I prefer it over going inside due to past experiences of witnessing management being condescending towards staff. The food was average, but the cashier was friendly, so it was a typical visit. Expect to wait a bit for your order, as this is not the fastest Taco Bell. EDIT 04/13/19: Wait time was ridiculous today, as the person in front of me at the drive-thru made a $42.95 order and instead of having him pull around to the front and bring him the order, I (and the 4 people behind me) had to wait for roughly 17 minutes in the drive-thru.
