Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brazil

I hate to give a negative review, but sometimes, when something is this bad, you have to . Now take for granted I did come about 30 minutes before closing time, but I still don't feel like that is an excuse to deliver a bad meal. It was absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had. I couldn't eat not one full piece. First off they forgot the pepperoni and then they asked if it was all right just to add it on top after it was already cooked and throw it back in the oven for a second well I said that was okay I don't know if they also forgot the sauce on it or what the deal was, but it was not good . I should have called them the next day or something to see if they could make it right but let's face it, Pizza Hut hasn't been good for a long time. I only gave it a chance because I was living in Camden Tennessee this last year and they had a Pizza Hut there that was phenomenal so I was hoping for the same thing here . It just...

The young man that waited on us yesterday night was a FANTASTIC server! I wish we would have caught his name so that I could call him out on his great customer service, but I forgot to ask! We will definitely be back again, and fingers crossed that we get him again. He was quite possibly the fastest server I've ever seen, and he happened to be the ONLY server on a Saturday night! He had a great attitude, was extremely friendly, and made us feel really comfortable. It was crazy watching him take orders too, because he had a pen and notepad, but never used it once that we saw, and never got an order wrong. The day I visited I got some sticks and my pop got a small pan pizza. The crust on the pizza was by far the best I'd had from any pizza hut in years. I don't know if weather effect the process or just picked a lucky day to visit but was cooked thru on sauce side and golden crisp on the other. The store by my house always messes up the pan pizza so much when I called to complain multiple times I apologised to manager and said I hate to complain and she said no definitely let us know and I'll always give you a credit next time but I'd much rather have good pizza than a bad one today and a roll of dice next time.
