I called in a simple order - 1 Chicken Fajita dinner, with an added order of three things: 1 extra rice and beans, 2 grated cheese, and 1 extra order of corn tortillas. Simple right??? Apparantly this was too complex of an order for this crew....after repeating myself several times the lady finally reads my order back, surprisingly it was correct, so then I waited for the lady to say the total and end with the customary "ok give us about 15 minutes." This did not happen. Instead, I was placed on hold, given a total of $20 and some change, followed by a hangup. I drove to pick up my food, went inside to pay, and was told the total was $22 and change, which was not what I was told over the phone. They did not include the extra cheese. No big deal. Price was adjusted to orginal quoted price......I got home opened and unbagged the food and noticed only one order of tortillas. I called back and exlained the issue to which the guy said "Sorry about that sir. I will have those tortillas ready and throw in chips and salsa as well. I'll make it right." As I left my house, and midway BACK up there, I received a call from them ....the guy tried to explain that the order was only written for one of everything and that there was no way to show who made the mistake so there was no need to drive back up there....Seeing as how I was halfway there I was livid!!! I asked the guy "So you are telling me you will not honor your word? You aren't going to make this right?" to which he replied "No sir, I'm sorry sir" as he tried to explain how he came up with the total and what the ticket said, etc....I stopped the guy and offered my advice..."The issue is no longer the messed up order. It has now become an issue of business ethics, customer service, and customer relations. When an order is incorrect or a mistake is made and you tell a customer you will make it right, then you MUST stand by that. Our order was incorrect and when we called to let them know that we were missing our extra order of tortillas and side cheese, the man told my husband to come back and he would get it ready for him. Because...as you may know I tâs a little difficult for 2 people to eat fajitas with only a few tortillas. So...my husband was already on his way when the man from the restaurant called and told him that he was sorry but he was not going to be able to give him the tortillas or cheese because the lady that took our order did not write them down. He actually called my husband back on the phone after telling him to go ahead and come back up there to get the tortillas and cheese left out of the order. Now why in the world would someone drive all the way back up to a restaurant just for tortillas and cheese if it was not supposed to be in their order?!? What really gets me is when the woman took the order she repeated the order back to us because we ordered two of each item. BECAUSE there was TWO of us! We asked for the total because there are no prices on the online menu and we were using cash. She told us that she didnât have one then said hold on sounding as if we put her out by asking. She got back on the phone and gave us our total but when my husband arrived at the restaurant the total was not what she told us on the phone, it was more...AND we did not even get all of our order! My husband finally just told the man that they would no longer be receiving our business. Which is upsetting because my husband is a Deputy for the Sheriffâs Department and there are not many places in Brazoria to eat and now this gives him one less option than he had before.    Read moreI have eaten here before and never had an issue. Unfortunately, this go round for an order I put in for myself and my family for take out. Thinking it would be a nice dinner. Turned out it wasnât! When I placed my order I always make the person taking my order to repeat it back to me. That way there is no misunderstanding or miscommunication. When I got there to pick up the order, I doubled checked to make sure my dinner plates were correct and come to find out some of of the order was informant kissing certain sides. Good thing I checked! I was missing the lettuce and tomatoâs for one order after I was told it came with my Gordita plate. My son was missing his guacamole side that came with his chicken quesadilla plate. On the menu thru google on their website had one price for the fajita & shrimp plate I ordered for my husband. Instead of being charged the $16.99, I was charged $19.99. Which I understand things have gone up with inflation and all, but I really thought it was good price for the plate I had Roy. Of course I would go there. Thatâs a darn good price, but once I showed the google page to the owner, he would not honor what it had. Off by $3/4 dollar difference. Just a little annoyed, but knowing that the owner would not honor this amount he had on his Google page, upset me and unfortunately service like that, I donât want! Not to mention I made the young lady call my order out again. Overall, I wonât do business with them again. Itâs the purpose of your overall customer service and the experience you have with your customers. If your will to lose a customer over $4 bucks you donât deserve my service or my local support.
