UPDATE (7-15-2025) ** I wish I could say it had gotten better BUT, the last 4 or 5 orders I placed online, costing $40 to $ 50 dollars, have been a screwed up mess. On every single order I was shorted one to three items. By the time they get the shorted items out to me (usually 10-20 minutes later) the rest of my food is cold. The stalls that are for online orders won't let you check-in, just get error messages. The girls delivering orders to other stalls just look at you and never offer to help or tell you they are broken, to pull into another stall. While I'm WAITING for my items I was shorted, I'm watching the 2 girls and one boy just stand around talking and drinking sodas. Today (7-15-2025), I remembered to check for the cheese dip for the 3 pretzels I had ordered, and of course there wasn't any in the bag. I pushed the red button, and sat there a good 5-7 mins waiting (with my food getting cold) for someone to ask what I needed. I finally got pissed off after they had helped 4 cars at the drive-thru line, and I got out of my car, went inside and told them I had 3 pretzels and NO CHEESE DIP. The young boy that brought my order out handed me 1 cheese dip. I said that was ridiculous, because I bought 3 pretzels. Unfortunately, I didn't realized until I got home that the 4 corn dogs i ordered were missing, too. I called and asked to speak to the manager, and told him about the crappy service I had gotten with my last 5 orders. I also told him my husband was driving BACK UP TO SONIC for the 4 corn dogs. Knowing we were coming back, I would have thought they would be ready when my husband got there. NOPE..... waited almost 15 mins for 4 corn dogs, and of course, for the 5th time, the rest of our $40 - $50 order was cold. The group of young people working there have the worst customer service I've ever had at Sonic. They obviously are there for a paycheck only, because their work...

Went to brazoria location last week purchased a coney and a grill cheese sandwich. Got home and started to eat and bit into the grilled cheese and hair came out! 🤢 I immediately called them and there was a girl pick up the phone and I'm telling her what happened and it sounded like she was just playing with the phone and then she says are you calling to complain or place a order. I told her to complain about hair in my food. Then the she gives phone to manager and she says do I want them to make another one. absolutely not! then she says that the area manager will be back tomorrow. I had to work so I went there before work and another manager was there took my number down said they will call because they are going to see if they can find my receipt because the girl never gave us one when we ordered! it's been a week and no one has even attempted to call. I will never go to this place again, let along I do not like people playing with what I eat or drink. We have gone there many times over the last few months. We live right by this location and it is out of convenience only that we even stop there for drinks now. They messed up all 4 of our orders within 6 days. Even simple things like large strawberry banana shake...came to me as a medium strawberries and banana blended with slushy ice and no ice cream. 2 corn dogs and a medium dr pepper came to us as mangled as if a toothless child had gnawed on them already and the drink i got was dr pepper with some kind of floating crap in it in the ice....slime im guessing. I do not go to this sonic at all and its mostly because im tired of taking crap back to the door and making them fix it while i stand and watch. This sonic is mostly teenagers and theres hardly anyone over 20 there and tho they may think they know what they're doing they obviously need a supervisor there.
