Worst customer service ever. Employees have given me the wrong items over and over. They have assured me repeatedly that the items were what I asked for. Three separate times this has happened so that's on me but it won't happen again.
I was buying two bottles of salt nic and repeatedly told the employee I did not want iced or menthol. The bottles all have been glued over with a white label on them so you can't read them unless you tear it off. I trusted that she would make sure to sell me what I wanted. She assured me repeatedly that it was.
After leaving the store I realized one of them was menthol before I opened it so I went back and exchanged it. She apologized and said it was her fault. I went home and opened the other to use it and realized it was iced.
I called her to discuss returning it but was told once it was opened they would not do anything to fix their mistakes.
So now I'm stuck once again with a bottle of iced salt nic I did not want.
I will not purchase anything from this store or any of the other locations. I will go to West Columbia to Beyond Smoke shop where the customer service has always been great. I have not had this issue with them ever.
This store was a favorite of mine when they first opened which I had given a five star review for but this issue happening repeatedly has changed my view.
It's sad that I won't be supporting a local business but my money will instead support a business that cares about me ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is still our favorite vape shop. Always friendly and patient staff. Somehow they always have juices in stock where most vape shops never seem to be able to carry all the flavors reliably. Cradle has really started to spoil us with good prices and wide variety.
Clean, professional, neat and tidy, well lit showroom and knowledgeable staff make this a delightful shopping experience that we look forward to.
We also love the hours open. Never know when you're going to get that dreaded sbbbthshhh of the last squeeze from the bottle.
Don't bother going anywhere else, you'll just leave disappointed wishing you'd come here.
Seriously. Hit the "Directions" button and start driving there now.

BEWARE their "return" policy if you're dropping a couple hundred dollars on gear. Their policy is "no returns, refunds or exchanges". So yeah, you're rolling the dice and taking a big gamble if you buy any expensive electronics there.
Had we known, we would have bought new vape kits elsewhere. Luckily...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm upset that for the 2nd time in a row Cradle sold me a bottle of Juice Head vape juice that has been taken out of the original box, and the safety seal is broken [photo attached of product as received]. I want to know why? Are they skimming off the top? How do I know that someone has not added toxins to my bottle? I don't have assurance because the safety seal was broken on two separate purchases. Additionally, the sales girl gave me Guava Peach, when I requested Peach Pear. And the owner is now arguing with me the customer. I have attached a photo of the box that Juice Head vape juices are supposed to be sold in. Proof of purchase/receipt attached. Buyer beware! I will not waste any more time and money...
