McDonald's — Restaurant in Breaux Bridge

McDonald's in Henderson Louisiana is one of the worst!!! The employees are rude & don't seem to want to actually do their jobs! Workers were sitting on the countertops where the food is prepared, EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! Who wants to eat food that was prepared next to someone's rear-end? The girl making the fries had no hair net or gloves & was scratching her head right over the french fries!!! Disgusting!!! Two other employees were standing there looking at one of their phones & when I interrupted their conversation so that I could order my food they looked at me with a disgusted & angry expression on their faces & very rudly asked me what I wanted. This place needs to get it together or close their doors permanently. Every single time we go there we have problems. Either the order isn't right or the employees give us trouble or the time it takes to actually get our order out is so long that it makes no sense. I don't know how the health department hasn't shut this place down yet because the roaches & other nasty things. It's filthy there. Sadly, I would rather eat in my car or even the restroom because that's cleaner than inside of this disgusting restaurant. Needless to say we will not be going...

This place is a JOKE. I normally never do reviews but guys… don’t waste your time. They neverrrr have ice cream. They barely have frappés. Because they don’t feel like cleaning the machines. I pulled up at 10:27..Lunch starts at 10:30. I asked if I could make my order since by the time I got to the window it would be lunch. She said “we don’t have any lunch up right now” ?!?! As a business, food should be made to start serving lunch at the time y’all say it starts.. so I order sausage Burritos. And two mocha frapp. “No frappes as the moment only coffee and iced coffee (convenient right?) pay for the food, get the the window.. they ask me to pull up to the 3rd window for my burritos!!! Told me it would only be one minute… So they didn’t have lunch and barely any breakfast made. They got 2 parts of our order wrong. I only brought one to their attention and they made it seem like an inconvenience to fix my order. And i went back in to get a fork for my salad. I was standing at the counter. I asked 6. Yes. 6 different associates for a fork. They played around. They cut up. One of the guys droped a stack of cups on the floor, moved them around with his footn picked them up, and put them back in the dispenser. I waited 11 minutes. For one of them to tell me that McDonald's does not nore has it ever supplied forks. Now. As a customer that just had a baby and orders this overpriced salad regularly to keep up with my diet, the last thing i wanted to hear after the mix up, the wait, the horrible excuse, and me saying 'oh its fine. Thanks anyway' was for me to turn my back and hearing rude and degrading remarks from the staff members. I live in henderson and id rather drive to breaux bridge or Lafayette rather than to be humiliated...
