McDonald's — Restaurant in Breese

I specifically asked for fresh fries (which were coming up anyways) because i placed an order for 2 ten piece chicken nuggets and a large fry... and they had no chicken nuggets, so i had to wait either way. They had already put old fries into my fry box and had it sitting there waiting for the nuggets to get done and i said can you make sure i get fresh fries instead of those old ones since I'm waiting anyways? This was already ten minutes i'd waited to get to this point so they had just been sitting there in the box... so the girl waits till the fries beep and then the nuggets beep and she goes over dumps THE OLD FRIES THAT WERE SITTING THERE FOR 15 MINUTES NOW INTO THE BIN AND PROCEEDS TO DUMP THE NEW FRIES ON TOP AND THEN MIXED THEM ALL UP TOGETHER AND GAVE ME A MIX OF OLD NASTY LIMP FRIES WITH ONES THAT WERE HARD AND OVER COOKED!

I didn't say anything i know i would just have gotten attitude! At least the nuggets were cooked all the way this time! Won't be going to McDonald's for a while!🙄👎🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I will never return to this McDonald’s. This place is just over a 10 minute drive one way for me and their lobby is always closed. When I did finally breakdown and just go through the drive through, we had a longggg wait for what tasted like hour old fry’s that were left on the counter and not even under a heat lamp. We threw out all 3 orders of our fries If I’m ever in town I’ll get gas and food literally anywhere else. I wonder if Dave knows his stores aren’t being held at his standards and...

We were charged for our mobile order, upon arriving at the store we were told they closed early. They would not honor the order or refund the money that was charged to our card for the order. And of course the customer service center isn't open and can't rectify this situation. This is a horrible business practice. To claim staffing issues while you clearly have staff on site is unacceptable. This should have been made right and it wasn't. Extremely disappointed with the experience we received...
