Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bremen

My family frequently makes trips to the Pizza Hut in Bremen to enjoy taco pizza (or "fiesta taco beef" according to the menu). It's been a tradition in our family dating back to the early 80s.

My family's bloodline are the original owners of Saylor's Pizza. This was my late uncle Arnold Saylor's favorite pizza, and he played a large role in helping popularize this flavor in the Fort Wayne area by ordering a Pizza Hut pizza, dissecting it, and trying to sell a duplicate for half the price. It definitely worked, as they were able to keep building and spreading their stores all across the Michiana-area.

Being as unbiased as I can be, it's not the best pizza in the world, but it's absolutely an experience, not only because of the crazy concept itself, but because of how messy it can be. Especially if you add sauces to it.

Pizza Hut can sometimes be a little hit-or-miss, depending on the location and the flavor or pizza you order, but my family has been fortunate enough to have a pretty consistent experience at this particular spot. The employees often tell us that others come to enjoy Taco Pizza, since it's one of the few in the area that sells it (other than Casey's pizza, who uses different toppings).

We love taco pizza! Pizza Hut in Bremen made the best taco pizza around. It beat any other restaurants who served taco pizzas So, when ever we'd get pizza from Pizza Hut, it would almost always be our favorite taco pizza! For some reason, the last few taco pizzas we've gotten have been disappointing. Each time the pizza's have had less and less toppings. I always get half without tomatoes and onions. Since the pizzas have been so skimpy on toppings, I've been asking that the tomatoes and onions that are not on half of the pizza, be added to the side that does have them. I've yet to see that being done. Last night was the worst! There was corn chips instead of the awesome nacho chips that really gave it a unique taste. I could hardly see the tomatoes and onions, and I definately didn't get the extra ones that weren't put on the other half of the pizza. And lettuce, yes there was some, but that was it! I placed my order online before the store opened to be delivered at Noon. I received a phone call later asking me to provide my card info again as there was a system crash and the payment could not be processed. They confirmed the order specifics including the delivery time. At this point all is good. At 5 minutes after Noon I called to ask about the status of the order and was told "it would be out of the oven in a few minutes". I asked what time the order would be delivered - again reminding the person the order was to be delivered AT Noon. That person said another 15 minutes or so. When I said 20-25 minutes after the specified delivery time was acceptable, I was put on hold and another person came on the line. That person said the order was headed out the door (by now this is 10 minutes after Noon) and would be there in 5 minutes. The order did not arrive until 25 minutes after Noon. At no point did anyone apologize and instead, the driver that dropped off the food told me the order was for 12:15. On top of all that, at no point did the store do ANYTHING to make the...
