Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Bremen

I went through the DQ drive through this evening in Bremen Indiana. I ordered 2 blizzards. I asked the boy at the DT window to put my blizzards on a bag. He said he doesn’t put them in a bag and handed me a bag. He said something stupid about having to sleep at night. Then the girl who made my blizzards came to the window and started to hand me 2 blizzards and I asked for a lid. She rolled her eyes at me and then went and put lids on the blizzards. She came back to window and handed them to me. I asked her why it seemed to be a big deal to ask for a bag and lids. She said I thought you might want to eat the blizzard right away. I said I needed to take them Home and that is why I had asked for a lid and bag. I said I thought DQ in Bremen was a hometown DQ but it seems to me like this would have been the type of service I would have gotten from a DQ in South Bend. I told the girl I was not at all impressed by the lack of hometown customer service. In reading some of the other google reviews I feel that this DQ is going down hill. I most likely will not be visiting this restaurant any time in the near future. Bremen DQ you can do...

My girlfriend and I were 2 hours from home when we ordered here and our order went to our home store by accident.

Not only were they kind enough to remake our food for us willingly, but they were also working with even less help than was scheduled because they were fighting through a FLOOD inside their store.

They did everything they could and had atleast 1 employee with a squeegee at all times trying to push as much water back outside as they could.

The GM even appeared to be coming in on her day off to help support her staff so they could keep themselves afloat (literally) through the lunch rush.

I’m so impressed and even more thankful for this crew that helped us through such a stressful moment they were...

I am very disappointed in the Bremen Dairy Queen location this evening. Typically, we have great service there but whoever was working tonight about 15 minutes ago couldn’t give me the dirt pie blizzard because I didn’t use a “mobile order”. Even though it can still be made and they most likely had the items to make it. It didn’t matter the wait, that’s what I wanted and they unfortunately couldn’t deliver because it wasn’t a “mobile order”. Even though other DQ’s in the area have made it on the spot. My fries were also hard. The rest of the food seems fine and normally customer service here is good. But unfortunately tonight it was unsatisfactory. Do better DQ!! Spent enough money...
