So I get to Pensacola after driving all night from Texas... We get into our room and step out for a bite...being tired we chose to drive through and pick something up ...we make our order... 35$ worth...see the little girl at the window talking to the kitchen and opening our boxes...finally after nearly 30 minutes..we get our food...get back to the motel and open the boxes...the fish was so overcooked it wasn't edible.. They shorted us fish...hushpuppies... The shrimp was cold along with the fries ..the shorted us our okra....went to look for the receipt and didn't even get that ..so I call the number on this page and proceeded to tell her what all was wrong...she said that we could come back up and they would fix it or come in the next day and they would replace the entire order.... Come up here the next day to get our order replaced..and she(the same girl from the previous night) and informs tt5 the policy is just to replace the missing items...and I was like that's not what you said on the phone... Totally disgusted with the whole ordeal...first off if YOU(order server) don't know the policy yourself...don't say what the company will do... Technically she should have pointed the manager to us and he should have honored what was said and found out how it transpired...instead of telling her to tell us what she did upon replacement...crappy customer service and even crappier management... And before the haters start in on me about it looking for a free meal...it's not even about that.. If I could afford a mini vacation from Texas I can certainly afford to eat... It's the principal of the matter.. Apparently Florida needs to learn some manners when it comes to customer service..rant over. Don't eat at this place.. They don't know how to...
Read moreThe wait was well over 30 min. in the drive thru. The employees were rude....they had their back to me most of the time, they would not acknowledge me when I spoke to them or when I asked for something, they would just quickly slam the window on me. As they watched more and more people leave the line in the drive thru the girl would just role her eyes...at least 4 people left. People in line were trying to call to complain and there was no answer, at that time I saw 4 girls standing around talking not doing anything, just talking to each other. The food tasted like it had been reheated several times, very over cooked.. so much we were unable to eat....it was like eating greasy cardboard. It cost me $22 for two meals that we couldn't eat! I asked for a lot of tarter and katchup (I asked for this twice from two different girls) I received 2 tarter, 1 katchup.....though there wasn't enough sauce they could've given me to mask the over cooked taste of their food. Read moreI usually have no reason to complain. Food is always cooked to order. However, today I was not only shocked by the old food that was served to me. But the managers attitude was nastier than the food. I explained to her that my food was not cooked to order and it was old. She replied "hunnny our cooks, cook the food to order. If you wanna drive back up here then I'll have them to re-cook it for ya." So I took it back and asked for an apology and refund. She replied "she told me she's been cooking fresh all day". I made her aware that sometimes customers are right and we aren't calling to nag or get anything free. I asked her to open the sandwich and look at what she called fresh. She shrugged her shoulders. The lettuce has water bubbles the fish is greasy and uncooked. It was fit for the trash such as this experience today..For some reason I'm not able to upload pictures of this disgusting food.
