Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

let me start with the atmosphere when we arrived. We were there for a funeral for my stepmother there in Pensacola, Florida Me and my two daughters stopped in at Pizza Hut to just to get something to eat so we din- in

one of the employees were being inappropriate with the other employees with loud language and screaming about. They had to leave at a certain time to take care of their business, dealing with their house in the bank. in kept stating that she was gonna come back later and finish up the rest of her work when she got through taking care of her business.

while we were sitting there enjoying are pizza that employee same employee came back maybe about 40 minutes later

she brought along young child with her.about 2 or 3 year old

But I was finishing up our meals and getting ready to pay to leave very uncomfortable situation there the food was good and the server that was assisting us. She had Walker Cass on her foot and she was very helpful. Also, I didn’t mention that I was going to call corporate office on, the inappropriate of that employee and then bring a child back. I guess if that’s was OK thing to do. I have been to Pensacola visit and stayed in Pensacola through my lifetime and this is my kind of first time error dealing with anything like this at any of the restaurants there or at this location of Pizza Hut before it’s been some years since I’ve been at this location, but other than that on the food was good and that employee needs to be set down and some training needs to be done how she needs to handle with her anger management and how she needs to deal with things especially when there’s customers coming in to see that violence in the world...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my pizza ahead of time, but when I arrived, it still wasn’t ready. When I finally received it, not only was it cold, but it wasn’t even cut—I had to lift up the entire pizza to confirm. I live just five minutes away, so there’s no excuse for it to be late, cold, and unfinished.

What made the situation worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of apologizing, she chose to argue with me and act like she didn’t know the pizza wasn’t cut—despite being the one who handed it to me. She didn’t take responsibility, showed no professionalism, and even hung up on me when I called to ask about it. I’m staying at a hotel with no utensils, and now I’m stuck with a cold, uncut pizza.

The entire interaction could’ve gone differently if she had just taken accountability. But from the start, she was defensive and dismissive, asking, “Well, is the pizza even cut a little bit?” Like she was trying to downplay it. It’s no wonder they have so many one-star reviews—terrible management, no ownership, and absolutely...

I took my family to this Pizza Hut and when we arrived it was about noon on Saturday and we were the only people in the restaurant. I thought that was weird and began to try and figure out why we were the only ones there. The host/waiter was a nice young man and we ordered our pizza and drinks. While we were waiting I looked up and all three of the guys who were working there were staring at us from the kitchen. I became very uneasy and then one of the cooks shook his head as in disgust at me and they all went outside. I told my family we were leaving and never coming back and went to the Pizza Hut in Gulf Breeze which was very nice and clean and family oriented. Do not eat at this Pizza Hut it is a mistake. You know something is wrong if nobody is eating at the restaurant...
