From staffs lack of communication and cleanliness of the prep area to lack of sanitation, this experience was the worst I've had with a domino's. Being a previous owner of a pizzeria there is no excuse for how the management treated nor spoke to me. Sitting in the lobby the manager was screaming across the kitchen to scream. Floors get dirty and I'm okay with that but dropping utensils and then pulling product from the oven with them. Wiping sweat off their face or scratching their beard then stretching dough with the unwashed hands. Pulling their hats to run fingers through their hair and continue to top pizzas. When questioned about what would be done to compensate for the 1hr and 35min wait for 3 pies the response was "I'll just cancel your order if that's what you want" No, I expected to be told sorry and we apologize. That's all. But now I'm here writing up the store because the manager can't take the pressure. It starts at the top, everyone's skills and performance are on you. Quit yelling at your staff. When my pizza was delivered it was only 1 topping ( not the extra mushroom I paid for ) I asked the delivery driver where my sweet tea was ? She says oh it’s in car hold on , she comes back to door with no tea , she says I bagged it but left it at store . I will bring it back to you . I waited over 30 minutes still no tea . I called the store and the person I spoke with had an attitude like ( what you want me to do !!!! They stated when the driver returned they would have her deliver my tea . It’s now been over a hour and I still have not received my drink . I paid over 30 dollars for 1 pizza and a sweet tea AND GAVE THE DRIVER A 5 DOLLAR TIP ! Read moreSee update below We do not like using this location. The management is rude and often make employees help customers without their assistance when problems arise. I have seen management yelling at the cutting table threatening to fire people in front of customers. They tried to charge me for a prepaid online order after telling them 3 times it was paid for. Pasta bowl was dried out and even though I paid for extra sauce, because they made it light sauce. The pizza is not visually appealing with bubbles and wavy crust. They act as though they dont care if you buy their products or not. Customer service goes a long way. Update: We have given them another chance.
