Whataburger — Restaurant in Bridge City

If I could rate ZERO stars I would, I am Whataburger LOYAL, I have business with this location 2x a month sometimes & I spend a lot of money here and every time it’s a mess , my food usually turns out okay but tonight and the last 3 x I go to pick up my salads with NOT one salad dressing in the bag, no big deal I politely ask for some dressing and it’s an ordeal that they have to consult a manager over and tonight they completely denied giving me any dressing at all! I mean it’s just ridiculous! It’s BASIC customer service , why are you refusing to give me ranch for my salad unless I pay extra!!?? They’re rude & honestly just not customer friendly and I won’t be back. There’s another location 10 more minutes away. I’m more than happy to make that drive . Whoever the manager is here that yelled at me over supplying basic necessities for a salad needs to be re trained . She ultimately refused my ranch dressing and then said “ I didn’t know you ordered a salad” well evaluate my ticket before you’re rude and yell refusing the customer ! Just don’t bother stopping here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I might not make or break this store with my business but I’ll support any location...

I am FED UP with this place... Tonight i ordered 2 different combo meals through the drive through....get home and they have the entire ordered mixed up and BBQ sauce all over everything...i usually dont even say anything and just deal with it. But if im paying 17 dollars for 2 burgers, i would like them to be correct. So i bring them back up there, politely explain the problem and ask them to fix it.... I was asked for my reciept even tho i had literally went through there 10 mins before this and they were not busy at all AND i brought the food with me... As they agreed to re-make the order i say THREE times "no mustard". I say thank u when i leave and go home. Open my burger and THERE IS MUSTARD ON IT. They were not busy at all.... Literally not a single person inside or in the drive through. Im done with this place..... Every time my family goes here, they screw it up somehow. Better training or...

I am a person that I go 4 to 5 days a week to get my breakfast there every time a go I Oder the same thing that is the breakfast bowl is been 3 days in a row that they give me the Oder messed up last time it didn’t have no egg I didn’t say nothing next time they didn’t put my sausage and today 3/16/23 the didn’t put no gravy that comes with gravy and no hasbrowns I call the lady that answer me this morning she say if I want to return back he’ll no am going to work am be late she is like you can come tomorrow and we will give you another one na am not going that’s not the fact is that the cooker gotta realize that pepole go to get something to eat before they go to work so you can come with that you don’t gotta worried about me going no more there am done with that whaterburger.. there’s I picture of the plate...
