I'll start off with saying the Ice Cream Blizzard was good. The Cashier was very polite and helpful.
The Bad: When I received my blizzard I noticed that there were 2 cups. I didn't think much about it. I honestly thought the person who made my blizzard grabbed one too many cups and just left it. But as I continued to eat my ice cream, I began getting pieces of Styrofoam in the bites of ice cream. Then about halfway through my ice cream I ended up chewing on a big piece of Styrofoam. I looked in my cup and discovered the real reason for the 2nd cup was because the mixing machine put a big hole in the cup. Now my question is, why would you serve that to a customer? Why would you not remake it? I would have had no problem waiting a few extra min. Things happen, and I'm understanding. But, to blatantly just try to cover it up and serve it anyway is unacceptable. What if that would have been a child???!!!! That is the thought I'd like the person to keep in mind when handling other people's food. Photos are attached to show how big of a piece I pulled out...
Read moreMan where do I start. I first pulled up, ordered my food, and when I got to the window the methed out man child didn’t know how to operate his computer. Caught me off guard…anyways after 10 minutes of studdered thoughts and a managers help, my food was finally ordered. They made me pull around to the side and wait, which was fine…for the first 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I had to question if my $10 order was even worth waiting for, and after 30 it was just a game to me. I walked inside and to my surprise found the coworkers chitchatting and having an intense conversation about which Pokémon they would smash or pass. They ended up handing me my cold, practically frozen food at this point and when I got back into my car I checked on my meal. Chicken tendies looked like some 14th century fossilized fallic objects, and the nachos were just a big soupy box of cheese and grease. I was more disappointed than when I came home and found my neighbor in bed with my wife. Regardless, their moolattes hit different so I’m going to still...
Read moreI don't like giving bad reviews, but I ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. I got the shake within a few of minutes after ordering, but then I ended up waiting right at five minutes shy of an hour to get my burger and fries. When I got them I expected them to be fresh at the least, but the fries were barely warm almost cold and it was broken piece of fries and fries clumped together that didn't look or taste good at all. The burger itself was warm, not hot, but definitely warm. It also didn't look that great, and the bacon that was on it was two tiny little pieces that were also barely warm. When I was there it was busy but no where near crowded and they seemed to have several staff working, I know some times they have off days, but I never expected to wait an hour for food that wasn't even freshly made. Definitely disappointed and not happy about this visit and probably won't be going...
