Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport Charter Township

If your ordering your food and they decide your a prankster. I went in there and said hey I’m here to pick up my steak calzone sub. I ordered 15 minutes ago! Right away it’s like some mystery that nobody can solve once I show them that I called the restaurant. They’re like oh yeah you we thought you were kidding

Next thing you know, the woman behind the counter I believe her name was Tee Was accommodating and did offer to make me a fresh Calzone. That being said, I don’t call my food in ahead of time to wait around and I just didn’t get why my regular order was taken as a joke.

Long story short, nobody was accountable T said that I hated women and I’m not gonna lie. I said what’s next. Are you gonna throw the race card at me like I hate Black people too. True story I don’t hate hate anyone. It does bother me though when I’m treated like I’m the problem when I wasn’t the one who treated my to go order like it was a prank call and then when I get there, they wanna act like it never...

Yummy pizza! I've never had issues with this place until today, Valentine's. I ordered 6 heart shaped pizza's online for loved ones, with the impression that pepperoni was on it, as that's what has been advertised. Hours later I spoke to my loved ones and realized they had no toppings, and the pizza was plain and not very appetizing. Called the location, they refused to assist, as it was "my fault" for not selecting pepperoni as the topping, and also for it being after some two hour limit for complaints. So I emailed the complaint department, and within an hour I received a full refund from the district manager. I wasn't trying to get my money back, I just wanted an apology or maybe a coupon, but after getting no where with the location manager, that's when I went further. Due to Hungry Howies district manager making this right, I will be back again, as they do make good pizza and I've never before had an issue with my orders. Thank you...

You are able to choose from a variety of different crusts. I chose the garlic herb on both a pepperoni and also sausage pizzas. The outside of the crust was crispy and the inside was soft and slightly chewy, just like I like it. The garlic and herbs were not overpowering and I enjoyed it. The cheese was fresh tasting with the perfect amount of cheese pull. The sauce was tasty and complemented the crust nicely. The pepperoni got slightly crispy on the outside and did not dry out. I don't usually like sausage on a pizza, but Hungry Howie's has a mild flavor and I didn't dislike it. Overall, I was not disappointed by the pizza and my order was ready and waiting for me when I got to the restaurant to pick it up. I'll definitely order it again and look forward to trying the butter cheese...
