Jenna's Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Best pizza in Bridgeport, or at least it was. Very loyal customer since 2008. Visited yesterday, and while I always give places another chance, I'm not sure I can here. The 3 people that were working behind the counter clearly wanted to be anywhere other than where they were. How they spoke to customers on the phone, constantly passing the phone back and forth between them, all for the same customer, and when they decided to put the customer on speaker, you could hear the frustration in the customers voice, the man was trying to order a large cheese pizza for delivery. My order was also rather simple, a medium pie with 3 toppings, and a penne alfredo with chicken and broccoli for the wife. She loves Mario's alfredo. I repeated the order 4 times because i was asked to, (I was the ONLY customer in the place), and it was still wrong and far below the quality Jennas had become known for. The penne alfredo had NO ALFREDO, the pizza was very undercooked and doughy tasting. When I pointed out the missing alfredo, she is standing there smiling and saying yes, no salad. very disappointing, online it says this place is 2.4 miles from me and that they deliver to my location, when I call the lady takes my address and puts my on hold. some guy comes on the phone and says, yes? when I tried placing my delivery again he tells me sorry they cant because its too far, when I explain that their false advertising online I ask for an explanation and he offends me by telling my I live in a dangerous neighborhood, I live on a main road with a newborn baby, ordered here b4 and I explain to him this is not a bad area, he proceeds and tells me no. Picked up pizza a Jenna’s been going there for years was always one of the best pizza places in Bridgeport. Noticed some changes when I walked in asked if it was new owners was lied to from girl who took my order. I thought Mario may have taken the day off oh well I know that oven should be fine same ingredients …. Was told will be ready in a half an hour got back pizza was ice cold. Asked again new owners???
