Starbucks — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I go to locations near my home in Newtown, CT and in many states but, the Fairfield Ave in Bridgeport location near work is the absolute worst. I used the app, they get my very simple order wrong or ordered items are missing (2 things a drink and a solid), I go in person, the same thing. They are always too busy chatting with their friends visiting at the shop. Today, simple order, tea & 1 croissant. I got the tea no croissant. I stood there for 5 minutes, no one asked if something was wrong nor greeted me. Finally, I asked for the missing item, no apologies and another long waiting session. Corporate needs to review the videos for that shop. Just because it’s Bridgeport doesn’t mean service should be subpar. This is by far the worst location around!!! This has been since they opened up. Everyone seems so miserable and they don’t want to work. They have no hospitality! There’s maybe one or two girls that are very nice but other than that, I truly hate coming here. It’s only convenient due to work but I prefer the other location on East Main Street. I come to this location particularly because I LOVE THE SERVICE. The young lady Zai at the drive thru is always so welcoming every time I pull up, she already knows my drink, which makes the whole experience feel personal and special.
