Subway — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I went online using the app and ordered a tuna sandwich meal. I then ordered 2 additional sodas, the app charged me over $30.00 for 3 tuna meals I tried to call immediately and cancel and they did not answer the phone for 30 minutes in which case I was charged over $33.00 for a tuna sandwich. They refused to credit me for the mishap. This subway and the subway app will screw you if you make a mistake. There is no grace period to void or change your illegitimate order. Buyer beware. Subway lost a 50 year loyal customer with there new bogus app that does not offer a shopping cart to allow viewing your order before you hit send. I placed an online delivery order (of $29.50). One of the around $5 items I ordered, they ran out of. Instead of contacting me or canceling that item (or even the order.... as restaurants have before) they chose to pick the remaining stale alternative (that probably no one wants) and sent that to me, with an extra stale alternative.

As though giving me a free piece of stale gross garbage will make up for it. I'd rather have my money so I can go somewhere else and buy what I actually ordered. Wow logic.

Good location store is clean, I order online and usually my order is correct and done quickly. Last several times I have ordered online my order is missing something or not made with special instructions I added to mobile order. Today I order 2 sandwiches one for myself and one for my husband.
