Strike one: you can’t talk to a human ever, not to order, not to let them know your order was wrong. Strike two: it advertises on the webpage you can order your cheesesteak with hot peppers, they were not available when ordering online. Strike three: I got my order and when I got home it was only a 6” cheesesteak and not the 12” I ordered and paid for. Strike four: the cheesesteak is small, measly.
