Toshiaki Hibachi — Restaurant in Bridgeport

I get shrimp and salmon every time I come, and always get 2 salmons and 5 shrimp consistently every time. Which makes sense to me considering they charge 17 dollars for the plate. Came the other day and they gave me 1 salmon and 6 shrimp. The visual amount of meat to vegetables and noodles didn’t even look right. I even tipped these guys thinking I got what I always got. Not really even worth 20 bucks before when it was right and now it’s really not worth it. This guy has a new employee every other month and so I just wonder why that is. I used to work for a local pizza place and always stopped here to grab lunch for my coworkers. The owner was so nice, I eventually quit my job and came to work for him. I really love the food and he is literally the best boss I've had in my entire life. His food truck and customers really are his passion. Ok, seriously! We moved here from the Dallas area and we never thought we would get this kind of excellent food, especially from a food truck! California roll and shrimp tempura rolls were fantastic, but I was blown away by the Steak & Chicken combo plate. The meat was perfectly cooked, the teriyaki style sauce was delicious, veggies were awesome, as well as the lo mein noodles.
