KFC — Restaurant in Bridgeton

I got my meal from this KFC and my sandwiches were BURNT!!! I came all the way from Vineland and I wasted my time just to eat NOTHING and I went out HUNGRY!!! When I came back inside, I spoke to the manager and they said it wasn't burnt and that it was toasted. He didn't apologize or anything! All he could do was give money back for these burnt sandwiches or make new ones, but I wanted an apology. He asked for the receipt and gave my money back, but the funny part is that we tried taking a picture of the burnt sandwiches and he SNATCHED them away from us and trashed them!!! We were amazed that he was trying to hide the evidence. It was unbelieveable!!! Please, if you're going to get something from this KFC, LOOK AT YOUR FOOD AND DON'T DEAL WITH IT. I came out starving without anything but my money back. DO NOT EAT AT THIS KFC!!! I got 4 sandwiches, all burnt, tried to take pictures, but my son was able to take this picture before he quickly threw it away....

I love this KFC because there's not many around.Everything is drive thru only right now.I worked at this KFC when I was 16.I was dishwasher and did rotisseries,battered chicken,seasoned and floured.We were always cleaning my manager was good when it came to cleaning.I learned a lot working there.My first job was at this location.We kept place very clean.The chicken was always fresh chicken and everything was prepared right in the kitchen, then send toward the front to cook.I love KFC's 8 piece bucket of chicken with 2 sides and biscuits.We had mash potatoes, mac and cheese,biscuits,baked beans,cole slaw,corn,potato wedges.We would have extra stuff at end of the night, so I would bring some home.I was working here and going to high school.This was in 1996 I worked here making $4.15 hour and only able to work 24 hours a week.I think the menu has stayed the same and there really is a...

My husband stopped to buy something at that KFC and they served a person who was in front of him but when it was his turn the manager said he had to go do the drive thru you are the most unpleasant person I have ever seen in my life and he didn't say sorry you are very unprofessional I don't recommend anyone to eat there his lack of empathy made me feel bad. I wish the biggest bosses would look at this comment so they take into account the way that this unpleasant person treated someone who doesn't speak English well, that is not the way to treat them like that. If I could give him 0 stars I would. That's why I even called her because I was on a call with my husband and I heard her tone of voice.
