Would leave negative stars if I could….
I ordered from here yesterday for the first time in a very long time. I always order the family special with a Pittsburgh steak hoagie and various toppings on my pizza.
The hoagie was decent, could have been baked for a couple extra minutes, but it was eatable.
Garlic knots…can’t really mess them up.
The pizza….. if I worked there last night and sent this pizza to me I would fire myself. I can only guess that my order was rushed to be able to be delivered with another order….???? I was told 60-75 minutes, and it showed up in about 25 minutes. I also live 10 minutes from the store.
The pizza may have been cooked for 3, maybe 4 minutes tops. Two of the slices had no toppings of any kind, because of the giant bubble that formed. (It happens, but the pizza looked like crap) The cheese tasted like someone stores it in their underwear and then spreads it on the pizza. I have had many pizzas from many places, and this BY FAR is the grossest pizza I ever had. A shitty pizza, half decent hoagie, 6 garlic knots, and a 2L cost me $50.00…..
That’s insane. I am an idiot for spending $50 on this, but I was swindled out of $50 for food I wouldn’t serve to a dog.
Owner…..no I didn’t call. I was too pissed off and couldn’t believe you let food leave your store like this. I didn’t want a remake either. Keep your damn $50 and maybe put it towards improving your product.

Read moreDO NOT ORDER HERE! They are unsanitary, disrespectful, overpriced & some of the workers seem to be on drugs! I ordered a small pizza & a half of Italian hoagie with everything on it. 1.) When I went in to pick up my food, one of the guys preparing food had huge scabbed cuts on his hand, which is VERY unsanitary & unsafe for the customers. 2.) My Italian hoagie is soggy, but NO Italian dressing, NO pepperoni, and NO onion on my hoagie. I called in & spoke to someone named Jenna. When I explained to her that my hoagie was made incorrect, she thought it was funny & literally laughed. I told her that was disrespectful of her to laugh as if they did it on purpose, and told her I took pictures & I need my my money. She interrupted me before I could even finish talking & she said that she was NOT giving me my money back & that they can only offer credit for their store. I told her due to the unsanitary issues I noticed & the way she laughed when I told her my hoagie was incorrect, I didn’t want any other food prepared by them disrespectful & unsanitary people & that I just want my money back. Jenna was very disrespectful, continued to talk over me, & said she can’t give me my money back & that she can only the account. I explained to her again why I don’t want credit & want my money back but she continued to be disrespectful & talk over me then hung up the phone.
I need my money back ASAP or I will handle this legally because there’s no reason why people with open cuts on their hands should be working in the food...
Read moreI have ordered from here a couple of times and today I placed an order on-line for chicken fingers and fries with cheddar. The chicken fingers were to come with bleu cheese and they came with tartar sauce. The fries were cold. So I called and the young man that answered the phone needs a HUGE lesson in customer service (especially if he is the manager as he stated he was) he basically said it was all my fault that the food was cold and that since bleu cheese and tarter look the same they probably picked the wrong sauce up (maybe you should mark sauces that look the same so you don't make such mistakes). I was like okay I placed the order at 12:50 the food came at 1:20 and I called with-in 15 minutes. This young man was very rude I asked again to have the owners name or possibly another manager and he said you will get no further than me and you will not get a refund and once again it is all your fault the food is cold because you order over and hour ago and my driver has been back for over 25 minutes. I was like I am sorry sir, but I am the one trying to eat this and he said you get what you order and I was like I would like a refund. He said I will send bleu cheese to your office but no refund and he hung-up the phone, so I called back and he answered again and hung-up. So to the owner/manager your employee needs a lesson once again in customer service and you as an owner should know how your employees treat customers.
