We decided to try out the trampoline park in July or August of this year. Our daughter was 3 and we weren't sure whether a trampoline park was age appropriate. The manager back then, who I think was named Alex was amazing. He told us if you can walk you can jump. He told us about the monthly pass and we felt like it was such a steal. We signed up. We have come back almost every week since. We have met lots of people who come. Some say the place used to be better or used to have more things. For us and our daughter it's perfect. It has a 3 different areas to jump on trampolines, a dozen arcade games including air hockey and a new ducky machine that she adores. There is a huge climbing slide, a pit with fabric cubes instead of balls, another block building area with foam blocks, awesome music that is very family friendly but trendy and motivational. There are disco balls for when they have parties, a Dodgeville area, and they opened up an area with Jenga, connect four, console, tumbling mats, and even more seating. They have cubes for placing items and we have never had anyone steal or mess with our stuff, tons of seating and multiple party areas. The staff are always cleaning and the bathrooms are rarely ever problematic, which is saying a lot given how many people use them. The snack shop is constantly growing and they are always well stocked on food. We had her 4th birthday party there in October. Our party host was brand new but we loved all of it. The pizza is not cheap frozen pizza but made at a local family restaurant. My daughter loves using the photo booth which is probably the most affordable family photo booth in the city. We took her family photos for her classroom here (yay first year of preschool!). The staff are constantly roving and watching for any issues and quick to sort out concerns.kids get to burn off energy and play and adults can play too or relax. The new package came out this year with a snack and longer jump times included. It's so worth it! This trampoline park is one of my daughter's favorite places to go. The staff are all so friendly and nice and sometimes when there is less people they play with the kids. My daughter absolutely loves thus place and we do to. They have cameras and wifi. It's very secure and well monitored. For parents like me with disabilities, I can bring my daughter and she has a blast. Her dad can climb all over and play with her too. They just repaired their bounce house, and while it's new to us, it's definitely a welcome return for many families. They also have an atm and quarter machines and many games take cards to play. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is. I'm pretty sure Aiden is the name of my favorite staff member. Lastly, they have a sign that says no bullying etc, and it's very inclusive to POC and LGbt persons. This altitude is a franchise owned by someone who only has 3 so it has a wonderful small business feel. The socks are also good quality and we have bought extra only because we lost or didn't wash them yet. We haven't had any wear out or fall apart. I'm adding a ton of photos if the fun we have. Definitely recommend to everyone. Many of her class mates and church friends have signed up and we all love coming...
Read moreOn Saturday, 1/8/22, I was was at the Bridgeville altitude trampoline park with a group of friends and children for a birthday. I began playing the Keymaster game, and sure enough before you know it I was swiping my card several times to keep trying to win the Oculus Quest 2 prize for my 7 year old son. After 4 or 5 swipes of my credit card, I finally did it, the key went into the hole. But, unfortunately, the prize did not fall because the key did not turn to pull out the prize until after it came back out of the hole. I had 3 more chances with the money I put in, and sure enough I did it again. And sure enough, the key again turned after it came back out of the hole. Myself and a group of friends then went to talk to the manager about it. She said the same thing had happened the night before with a customer trying to win a Nintendo switch and she would look at the video and come find me to tell me what she saw. I asked her if she could see it clearly enough and she responded "oh yeah, we have a camera right on it". After waiting bout 40 minutes, I finally went back up to the counter to see what was going on. After being ignored for a few more minutes, I finally approached her and asked her what was going on. She told me she was short handed and could not look at it now, she would look at the video after her shift was over and get back to me. At this time, I asked for her boss's information because I was seeing how this was going. Needless to say, it is now a week later and she has not responded to me. First...Yes, I feel I was duped and am owed the prize. I am not asking for two, though I hit it twice. Second...I feel there was a total lack of professionalism and accountability for the way this was handled. Third....at the absolute very least, she should have put an "out of order" sign on the machine so this doesn't happen again, which I did suggest and was obviously ignored because as I waited for 40 minutes I recommended to several people not to play the game as it wasn't working properly. I have e-mailed the regional manager, Brooke Duquette, with the info provided by GM. No response...
Read moreI booked my sons birthday party here this past Sunday. We have been before but its been about 5 years. Our experience was BAD. I arrived and wanted to order more food, was told I was supposed to order extras with the person who calls to confirm the party. I never got that call. So they apologized for that and did get us an extra pizza on the house, which was kind of them. After that I noticed it was extremely hot inside the space. There were no ceiling fans blowing near us. My son barely jumped because he was pouring sweat and started to feel ill. I asked why it was so hot and was told that their air system is too small for the building. How is that my problem as a paying customer? It was 90° Sunday and easily 80° plus degrees inside that place. I asked why atleast the ceiling fan by us wasn't on and was told "If we ran the fan, we couldn't use one of the inflatables." We had no one bring us utensils to cut the cake, nor did they announce that it was time for cake like they did the other parties, and when we asked we were brought one flimsy knife, no plates or forks. We had to go search for those ourselves. I assumed they would be prepared for people bringing cake to a party venue. We couldn't stand the heat and wanted to leave ASAP even the adults who were just sitting were sweating bullets. They offered me $25 off the party for the ininconvenience. I have been throwing kids birthday parties at places like this for 18 years and have never had an experience this bad. When you pay $200+ for a party as a parent you want to show up with your kids, cake and party bags and let the venue handle the rest. That was not the case here. I was so embarrassed I subjected my guests to this sauna that I ended up continuing the party at my home. If the air conditioning doesn't work, atleast tell your guests upfront so they have the choice to go through with booking. My sons birthday party was a...
