Assistant manger is an absolute joke! True disappointment. Made my order incorrectly, called asked for refund. Told me they couldn't do that. That they dont want to refund the whole order. Told them I just wanted the one messed up sandwich fixed. They said they would gove a credit. Politely declined as they continue to cause constant issues with food orders. Had to order from another Dangelos because our order was not right. They even answered the phone dangelos we are closing in 5 minuets. Real classy employees. Assistant manager should be fired. When he told me about having to cancel the whole order I said thats his problem. He told me to call back tomorrow and ask for the manager. What and absolute joke. I live right down the street and will NOT be back after the classless act and poor customer service the Assistant manger and employees provided. Went to get food with my boyfriend and she not only turned us down along with 3 other men. That’s 5 customers. She the Allowed 2 younger gentlemen inside looked like they were returning incorrect order. They came out aggressive with multiple bags shrugging their shoulders at her. Why is the restaurant closing at 8:12 when customers are still willing to buy products. Are they out of product? Is this a Covid response..please fix your hours or give us an explanation. I've been going to this place for most of my life. About 6 years ago bought a chicken stir fry pocket before they were closed for the day and got food poisoning. Of course I can't prove it but that would be the only source of the vomiting that occurred for a few hours then subsided. The store offered me a free meal after it was reported the next day but I declined (shocking). However, in their defense I have never heard of anyone else with a similar story nor have I had a problem since.
