I was overcharged yesterday for my lunch at the deli.

At the kiosk, I accidentally ordered a half sandwich ($10.99) instead of a full size sandwich ($14.99). When the woman handed my sandwich, I realized it was small.

I asked if she could make me another half, to make it a “full size”. She did so and assumed I would be charged the full size price ($14.99

Instead, at checkout, she charged me $10.99x2 instead of $14.99. The woman kept telling me that I “wasn’t listening” and refused to charge me the correct full size price. I ended up paying $26 for a sandwich, 20oz coke and bag of chips.

The past few times I’ve been in Julies they have refused to make a salad that IS on their menu. As I told one of the ladies at the counter I will not return because of this she said good!
