Hi Chanel Wiggins, During the time that you called to place your order, we were very busy and was waiting on the phone to end so we could attend to the customers in the store. We had to hang up so we could keep business moving and not have people stuck waiting on the call. There were several people waiting to use their card, but the phone line has the same connection as the machine, so people were waiting on the call to end and there were also several people in the store waiting to place in their order. While we were on the phone with you, you were unsure of what to order as we tried to figure out what you wanted, so we spent a lot of time to figure out what you wanted to order while it was busy. We couldn’t afford to sacrifice more time so we needed to hang up for everyone else who was waiting. You also ordered the same food from us two days in a row so I’m not sure why the food was suddenly inedible. We also explained that there was a $16 minimum for a delivery, so we were unable to deliver only a small order of Tofu with fried rice because it was too small. If you didn’t like the food, you could have called us back so we can find a solution for the problem. Judging from the size, it seemed like a poorly maintained restaurant. But, I gave this restaurant a chance, after all, in this case looks were deceiving. I was looking for a simple Chinese meal, but I think I got more than I expected! A smile was at the cashier's face as she waited patiently as I ordered off of their delivery menus. Due to the fact, I had to do a quick errand for work and would be back for my order. Afterwards, It seems they were expecting me, for when I got there, they were waiting with my order wrapped up and ready to go. Pleased, I returned to work and ate my Lo Mein and General Tso and I was in love. The chicken was tasty and soft and the noodles were addicting. I used to be very happy with there food and fast service. This time was the last straw. In the past if they messed up on your order they would apologize and fix the problem. This time they royally screwed up our order 3 out of 4 dished we ordered were wrong. When I called to tell them the guy argued with me about how what I got wasnt that different from what I ordered. He wanted me to keep it when he realized I was allergic to one of the items he said "oh" how do you mix up Beef with shrimp and almonds with cashews? The worst part was that he kept telling us not to touch the food so he could take it back. What was he going to do? Try to resell it? That is a total food saftey violation! I'm disgusted.
