DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! PLEASE READ! Especially to your District leader and/or franchisee owner
The attitude of people at this location is unnecessary and completely unprofessional. If they want to like they entitled, mistreat you, act as though their importance is greater than yours and act "right" and "correct", good luck with your business. I would never want my store to be represented as such. I would never want my colleagues to trash talk my customers and act as though their simple minded remarks are justified.
I am also a GM working with pharmaceuticals and that would be a conversation made especially during times such as whats going on with the pandemic and covid - also dealing with the same pressures as with customers but done PROFESSIONALLY and NOT PERSONALLY. We handle with scripts, not fast food. Don't act like anyone over anyone!
The issue - with the opening of restaurants and lack of actual support of what are the "rules" as per business as in restroom usage and dine-in procedures individually with businesses, there is no definition by what these "rules" are unless a sign is CLEARLY represented in front of the entrance along with COMPLETE CLOSURE to the area.
I made my way into the restaurant and noticed that the "barricade" to the bathroom was actually open. I could easily walk to the bathroom - there also was no sign CLEARLY represented in front of the restroom know where it was after the confrontation I had with the manager? It was thrown to the side. I had to wait 5 minutes in hopes that someone would acknowledge my girlfriend and I, so we decided to go to the restroom since they appeared too busy to aerve us and all of the sudden we have 5 people running to the restrooms to police us out? Seriously?
Then I had one female by the drive thru thinking I didnt hear her remark about "who wouldnt ask if there was a sign in front" Continued to talk as if she had the right to talk like that in front of me and my girlfriend.
To that immature girl, she needs to learn her place and not act like she is bigger than anyone else in that building - get your facts straight - THERE was no visible sign. NO BARRICADE
Do not make me or my girlfriend feel like we are the problem - you are the problem by not apologizing and having the system you wanted intact. It's an abusive behavior and I will not have it. I will NOT be coming back to this location again and I hope people follow if this team continues this ridiculous...
Read moreThe children that are running it do not pay attention to the orders. While waiting for my food at the drive up window I was watching a woman getting someone else's food ready and she dropped a lid to one of the Sundays and picked it up off the floor and put it right on top of the cup. I've been there three times and got their double cheeseburgers and every time there were no onions on the burgers. The third time that I went I explained to them the onion situation and ask for onions on the side as well as the onions they normally put on the burger and they charged me $0.50 for the onions for one double cheeseburger. The food is average at Best of the service is subpar. I won't be going to that McDonald's again because of the incompetence and the arrogance. I asked for one extra packet of ketchup and I was told no problem when I got to the window there was no ketchup, then I waited at the window beeping my horn for my ketchup and when I told him they didn't give me my packet of ketchup he gave me 10 of them and 3 of them fell on the ground. The kid kind of slamed them in my hand in disgust because I was beeping. There was nobody in line, nobody in the parking lot, and there weren't any customers in the store. They have children running the...
Read more"Shaniqua" (not sure how to spell it) was incredibly rude to me. I am a senior citizen, disabled veteran American. I had to pee terribly, so I went inside quickly and used the restroom. Five minutes, maybe. On the way out of the bathroom, from across the lobby, I heard "oh no you didn't." I looked and a woman said "you saw 'my' bathrooms are closed." I said "excuse me, why are you talking to me like that?" She said something more about the restrooms FROM ACROSS THE RESTAURANT as she sat (she was sitting at a table eating with some guy). I was astonished and I congratulated her for handling her authority with class. I've been coming to this McDonald's since it opened here, I've been peeing at McDonald's since they first got bathrooms, in the 1970's. It appears that I did miss an attempt at a barrier to the bathroom for the public, but there was no sign, and there was no reason to talk to me like that. "Oh no you didn't" isn't the first thing you say to a customer if they make a mistake. Especially if it's just peeing in a working bathroom. I hope I didn't ruin your lunch, Shaniqua. I will never again go to that McDonald's, my Children and grandchildren will not use it. I know hiring is tough right now, but who taught this person...
